The view alone is with the stay. Very friendly staff! Lots of fun amenities on site. Make sure to take advantage of the spa. The open air room will be an adjustment the first night, but trust me that you get used to it and will ultimately find it to be very pleasant. Yes, birds and moths will pay your room visits but that’s part of the experience! They are harmless.

Staff communication. Cleanliness. Price. Information on their website is not the same as it is when you arrive. Our suite was not in the location on the map as marked. The front desk claimed there was just some of the rainbow suites in the "Petitie Piton rooms" section of the property that wasn't marked on the map. Either this is true or they gave us a cheaper room than what we paid for. We did not receive a phone or have a working ipad for 2 days. Anytime we needed something we had to go to the desk and ask---their attitude was as if we already knew where things were and that we shouldn't be bothering them. They clean the rooms daily but never clean out the shower floor--which gets a lot of sand and dirt on it from wind/sunlight window. They have you call to pick up your room services dishes but dropped all the rib bones outside our room and left them there. We let them know about this and they didn't clean it up for another 8 hours. Their food is good but in my opinion not worth the price. They could benefit from a more diverse rotating menu. Especially for people who are staying for a while--the same old food gets boring. The room overall is an incredible experience with a private pool---however don't ask them to adjust the temp....it seems to be just an "on/off" switch they have to adjust on the side of the hill--but they will ask you what specific degree you want it set to....this doesn't happen. When we arrived it was 98 when the pool guy checked it with his therma

This resort is the best on the island! We are so thankful and grateful to spend our honeymoon here. The staff are so sweet and genuine, the owners love and have passion for their place. The rooms are so breathtaking, you will be in awe every day. The food was incredible and Dasheen and the Jako Cafe. Book here if you can!

The three wall concept was unique, providing unobstructed views. The staff was amazing, very friendly and accommodating. The menu changed a couple times a week providing several dining options.

Amazing view and helpful staff. Some amenities are a little rundown (such as the game room and showers in the rooms) so it feels like the price you pay is mainly for the view. Our room was next to the restaurant and it can be a bit noisy especially after the sunset fish grill
