Beautiful and stylish villa with big garden, nice pool area including separate bathroom hut outside, a lovely summer house serving as an extra bedroom and a ping-pong table. Very friendly and committed host. Located 5 minutes on foot from train station and Carrefour grocery store, 10 minutes to the town centre and beach by bike (selection of used bicycles provided in the basement). Intermittent but not too bothering noise from the street stemming from bypassing cars. A few of the dishes, forks etc. were not perfectly clean upon arrival. Overall, we had a great stay with our family and warmly recommend the place and the whole region!

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt in Soulac-sur-MerWir haben im August zwei wunderschöne Wochen in diesem Haus in Soulac-sur-Mer verbracht, gemeinsam mit vier Erwachsenen und fünf Jugendlichen. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, sauber und bietet ausreichend Platz für eine größere Gruppe. Besonders angenehm war, dass wir sogar die Fahrräder am Haus nutzen durften. Damit waren der Strand und das Stadtzentrum schnell und unkompliziert erreichbar, grundsätzlich ist beides aber auch zu Fuß gut machbar.Die Gegend ist wunderschön und besonders hervorzuheben ist der hervorragende, weitläufige Sandstrand.Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern Carine und David war hervorragend. Beide waren jederzeit freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuverlässig.Ein kleiner Hinweis, auf den Bildern ist nicht ersichtlich, dass das Haus direkt an einer befahrenen Straße liegt. Da es hinter dem Haus eine ruhige Terrasse mit Garten und Pool gibt, hat uns das jedoch nicht gestört. Der Pool war etwas kleiner als von den Bildern erwartet.Insgesamt hatten wir einen sehr schönen und erholsamen Aufenthalt und können das Haus sowie Carine und David als Gastgeber absolut empfehlen.
