Weeds and grass are overtaking the parking lot and landscaping. Green mold on fences arpund the pool. I was expecting an Amish style breakfast; however, it was very basic continental bkfst. Six trains woke me up through the night sice they whistle for the nearby crossing. Not sure how Expedia had it rated a 9.0?

We overpaid because it was July 4th and everything else was booked. The facility was clean and the bed comfortable but the pool, ice machine and coffee machine were out of order. Breakfast was not much of a breakfast.

No hot water for shower. When mentioned to staff, was told needed to wait for thirty minutes before the water would get hot. Pool closed. No staff on premises between 2 a.m. and 6 a.m. poses safety issues. Continental breakfast not available when stated (before our leaving about 7:15) No response from management in 48 hours after notifying them of these issues.

I’ll start with the pictures don’t match. They are the same building but the pictures are when it was new. It was fairly clean old but clean. There was no working ice machine in the building. There were wires hanging out of the ceiling where the fire detectors should be.

I would not call what they offered even a continental “breakfast.” They had two loaves of bread and a toaster. I didn’t even see anything to drink.
