Lovely newly updated 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home, sleeps 6 with a max of 8, with cozy fire place room, additional living room upstairs and finished bonus room in basement with 86 inch tv and sectional optimal for watching the big game, movies or listening to music. Gas fire table in back yard to relax at in the evenings along with a charcoal grill and charcoal/wood smoker. Quiet suburban neighborhood very close to Notre Dame but away from the hustle and bustle.

Easy access to Notre Dame!

We came in for the Ohio State Vs. Notre Dame game. Corey’s listing was one of the most reasonably priced ones with easy access to the campus. He was very friendly and very easy to get in touch with throughout the entire process. Thank you, Corey!

Nice house and location

House was very clean with all amenities provided. Plenty of room for the 8 of us. Easy drive to Notre Dame. Would highly recommend.

Nicely appointed home in South Bend

The home has great features and it set up perfectly for 6 of us to have dinner on Friday night and spend the day at Notre Dame on Saturday. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor space.
