Fully remodeled 5 star 4 bedroom cottage. Short walk to Notre Dame & Eddy Street

A 15 minute walk from the front door to Notre Dame Stadium. Even closer to Eddy Street Commons for dining and shopping. Plenty of parking (no paying for event parking!) A park with playground right across the street. Built specifically for rentals. We tried to include everything that we like when renting a home away from home! The first floor living space features a light-filled floor plan that includes the living room and dining room with a table that seats 10, state of the art fully equipped kitchen, mudroom, washer and dryer, a bathroom with a shower, along with a queen bedroom. On the second floor you'll find 3 bedrooms, 2 with queen beds, and one with a double bed. There is a bathroom on this floor as well with a bathtub/shower combo, and a trough sink and shelving right next to the bathroom. There are new TV's in every bedroom as well as in the living room. Alarm System, Cable and WiFi are included. We hope you love it as much as we do!

This lovely home is comfortable,, bright and well appointed. Our family of 7 adults stayed for a week while visiting relatives. We gathered on the front porch every morning and evening to enjoy the fresh air and view of the park across the street. The boulevard was very quiet and near grocery stores, Target and Walgreens. The electronic exterior door locks are tricky; tap the numbers lightly! We would gladly return if the opportunity arises.

Perfect spot for family

This house is lovely, so close to Notre Dame and perfect for a larger family! We spent a long weekend visiting our students at Notre Dame for Easter weekend and everything about this house was great. The patio and side yard were perfect for corn hole and wiffle ball and the front porch is a bonus! The house is spotless with comfortable beds and bedding. This is definitely walkable if you are looking for a ND football weekend.

Great House Just One Little Problem....

This is a fabulous house! Great kitchen, dining for 10, great location and easily accommodates 8. Just one little problem...the house had an "odor". Some said it was like sewer problems, some said Men's Locker Room. It was consistently faint, but always there. Property Manager checked for gas leaks and brought over air freshener plug-ins. Service was much appreciated.

Notre Dame Gem

Our family stayed at this property when we moved our son to Notre Dame to begin his freshman year. The home is beautiful and is easily walkable to Trader Joes, Eddy Street Commons and campus. Loved the layout, style and decor of the home. Perfect for our family of 5. The host was very helpful and easy to communicate with. Hope to stay here again!

Spacious and comfortable

This house was perfect for a family Thanksgiving gathering spot. The rooms are spacious, the kitchen graciously accommodated many folks gathered around and chatting, and the dining room easily held 10. (Four of us stayed and other relatives to join for meals and hanging out.) We hope to stay here again!

Lovely weekend

Wonderful game weekend in South Bend. The house was perfect for 4 couples. Beautifully decorated, comfortable and plenty of room for a Friday night chili party with the kids. We hope to be back in the spring.

Amazing Stay!

Place was better than the pictures. Kitchen stocked with everything to cook/bake with! Bedrooms large and place was impeccably clean. Very spacious kitchen w patio and grill right off it for ease of use. Kitchen island was very large and welcomed as we are a hang out in the kitchen family. Had a bit of difficulty with the alarm box key when we got there - the host emailed me immediately remedying the situation - was not an issue at all which at first we were concerned if she would get back to us. Will for sure stay there again on our next trip to ND! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
