Room and bed were comfortable. wasn't crazy about the pillows. Bathroom was good but the shower desperately needs grab bars installed Breakfast was simple but good Staff is very good. Our first day there the hot water wasn't working. The manager immeadiately addressed the issue and was fixed that same day. Would stay again when I'm in the South Bend area again

I booked the wrong night. When I arrived at the motel, I asked to simply swap out the two dates, and I offered to pay any upcharges. But the Manager made himself/herself unavailable despite many calls from me and Expedia. I ended up paying for two nights and receiving one. Making matters worse, we have stayed at this La Quinta four or five times previously. Welcome to AI management!
