We had 8 adults staying for a weekend reunion. The home was quite adequate for all of us. The rooms and spaces were well appointed. The location was convenient for spending time at the ND Campus. Only issue was that the kitchen knives were very dull and difficult to use. I think an investment to better knives would be well appreciated.

Perfect place for a larger group with 6 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms and great gathering space. Brand new, crisp, and clean like a hotel. Excellent location. Highly recommend and will rent again when back at ND!

Very nice property. We were able to walk to Notre Dame stadium for the football game as well as several bars and restaurants. We had 10 so it was great having a bed for everyone and plenty of bathrooms as well as the 2 living areas. House is new and very clean. Highly recommend.

Incredible place to stay for our son's wedding. The bride's family had a similar unit across the street. Very clean and tons of space. Great porch to sit out on, when the drama got high! Would book here again in a hearbeat!

Great house, perfect location. We loved it!

We had three generations of family, everyone had space, and we enjoyed reconnecting. The house was perfect for us. We appreciate not having a TV in every room, we talked to each other, and caught up on where we are in our lives. It was absolutely wonderful. The owner was a gem, very accommodating. Thanks Tasha! Perfect ND rental

From booking to check-out, everything was perfect. The home is practically brand new, everything was super clean and it is well stocked. The layout is perfect for families/large groups, especially the basement area with comfy couches, TV’s, and a popcorn machine. The host was so easy to work with as well. The location is close to campus and there is plenty of available parking on the street and a few designated spots in the rear of the property as well. We will def rent again.

Weekend Getaway

The property and property manager were outstanding! Pictures of the home and communication were 10’s on a scale of 5! The location is in proximity to most of the entertainment including golf at the Warren Course. We even walked to most of the entertainment areas. Our property manager was second to none. She was responsive and timely with all Q/A. We will no doubt keep this property in mind should our travels bring us back to the area! Thanks for helping to create an outstanding visit to South Bend!
