We had reserved a 2 queen bed room. Upon arrival , we were informed that there were no 2 bed rooms available. We had to stay in a 1 bed room for the first night (3 people) and were moved to a 2 bed room for the second night. My daughter slept on the floor the first night. We had made this reservation 9 months ago, and never received a valid reason why they could not honor our reservation. We will never reserve another room at a Motel 6 unless we receive an appropriate gesture from Motel 6 for our inconvenience and disappointment.

Game day Gag fest

It took me three sets of keys and a room change for me to finally access my room. Once I did, there was no shampoo for the shower and the towels looked like they haven’t been replaced in 20 years.

Paid $465 for 1 night when they were charging others $200 for the same night. Pillows were all lumps and should have been tossed out months/years ago. Towels and pillows had stains. Blankets had holes. Staff was friendly which was the only positive about this place.
