Had broken window frames, drywall falling off, and room was not cleaned very well. Also got there a little early. Thought we would see if room might be ready. The person at desk said it's $35 to check in before 3. They make up the charges bc on website it says $25. The outside looks almost as bad as inside. Weeds in landscaping, not very well kept.

Sorry it was a busy weekend when you came here. Although you came for the concert in south bend which was 40 miles away you didn’t get a place to stay anywhere else. So a little appreciation wouldn’t hurt. But that’s OK, we appreciate you thinking about us and next time wherever you go, look for the check in time and proceed.
