The room was very clean and comfortable although noise from the bar area was quite loud. But it quieted down about 11:00. The reception staff person was super friendly and provided a recommendation for dinner next door which was excellent. Overall a very good stay.

This is an older hotel, but very quaint with good amenities and a wonderful staff who go out of their way to be helpful and pleasant. Our grand-daughter is now at Notre Dame and we will be happy to stay here again if we visit another time.

Loved the location. We walked 15 minutes to visit Notre Dame University. The room was spacious, it’s an older hotel but very clean and well maintained. It was quiet, bed was on the firmed side and pillows were comfortable and plenty of them. The sofa bed was not the most confortable but most of them are not. The staff was friendly and very polite. The breakfast was one of the best I had including multiple selections including fresh fruit, oatmeal with toppings to choose from, eggs, bacon, pancakes, potatoes, waffle station, bread/pastries station, yogurt, milk, coffee/tea station. They have airport shuttle but we did not use it since we rented a car and airport is closed by. We will stay here again.
