Updated clean 5br house, 2(1/2) bath close to Notre Dame.

Welcome to this newly renovated ranch style home within walking distance to the Notre Dame campus, bars, restaurants and the Eddy St. Commons area. This home has 5br and 2(1/2) bath. There are 3br upstairs and 2br in the basement. Each room has a queen size bed, dressers, and nightstands. There are two 55inch TVs (one in living room and one in the basement) and one 40inchTV in the master bedroom. This house also has brand new windows and fresh paint. The kitchen and master bathroom are newly remodeled. The basement area has also been beautifully refinish recently.

Guess has access to the following amenities:

*Backyard patio and grill (please use grill away from the house and clean it after use)
*Fresh linens and towels
*Coffee maker, toaster, microwave, refrigerator
*Kitchen comes complete with pots, pans, dishes, glassware, and utensils

The garage is not accessible, but the driveway can accommodate up to 7 cars. There is a CVS, Walgreens, and a 24hr dinner called Nick’s Patio located within 5 minutes walk. Notre Dame Stadium and Martin’s Super markets are located just a few blocks from the house.
The house can accommodate up to 12 people. Two in each bedrooms and two on the sofa sectional in the basement. There is also an extra fold out bed available.

Football weekend with family

Exactly as advertised. Clean, 1.5 miles from campus, nice amenities like Keurig coffee K-cups for use. Seating in kitchen, and plates, glasses, etc enough for a large group. Parking for 7 cars might be a stretch. Everyone in our group was happy with the accommodations.

Location was perfect to walk to the stadium. We ordered pizza and wings - so much easier to enjoy family than trying to get to a restaurant post a ND football game. Highly recommend!

Convenient game housing

We really enjoyed this nice home for a weekend in South Bend as visiting fans for a game at Notre Dame. Although it may have been walking distance to the stadium, it would be quite a walk and we opted to drive. Very clean place that was well equipped with everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. Owner/host was very responsive in arranging the stay. The only reason it got a 4 star rather than 5 is because it was a little outdated.

Amazing Location

We had tickets to the Notre Dame game and stayed in this property. Everything was newly renovated and brand new. Super clean and organized. The best part is that the stadium parking lots are less than a mile away. Great location!

Perfect for ND Football Weekends

My extended family and I couldn’t have been happier with this rental for an ND football game. It is a perfect location for on-campus events as well as some of the best restaurants and bars in the area. The host was hospitable and available but did not interfere with our weekend. I would definitely stay here again during future football seasons.
