Welcome to my lovely, updated seaside cottage, The Mermaid’s Lair. This comfy, cozy space is conveniently positioned a 5 minute stroll to Padanaram Village, a 50 minute drive to Boston, a 30 minute ride to Providence, RI and 50 minutes to Newport. Immerse yourself in local activities or plan some adventurous day trips. It doesn’t matter what you do, as long as your home in time to soak in one of the many beautiful sunsets I’ve been blessed to enjoy each day.
My kitchen is well stocked, so spending an evening in creating an Instagram worthy meal is a breeze. Or order take out & eat on the 30’ deck that has a 180 degree view of the bay.
You can’t go wrong either way!
The living room sofa has a queen size pull out, so bringing friends along is a no brainer.
I’ve worked wicked hard to make my cute little home a place that you’ll fall in love with, just like I did. Enjoy all that Padanaram has to offer, beaches, shopping restaurants and beautiful walks, all within your reach..

Anniversary Get-Away
Beautiful, scenic property. Perfect romantic get-away for special occasion. Near to quaint villlage. The owner had many nice touches perfect for our anniversary from wine and snacks to many cozy blankets. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The sweetest cottage in Padanarum
Tracey's cottage was quietly situated on an inlet in Padanarum right on the water. While we were in town for a sad reason and it rained the entire time, the brightness of the home, cleanliness and overall comfort was such a blessing for us! Tracey thought of everything in this quaint 1 bdrm, 1 bath and was so easy to communicate with from pre-booking to checkout. We would highly recommend staying here!
