From the decks you can watch the kids and your dog play in the almost half acre fenced in backyard or sled on adjoining forest service land.
Heading out from the cabin to enjoy the area you'll find easy access to all activities from Highway 50 or Pioneer Trail with Lake Tahoe, Heavenly, the state line casinos and shopping only 10-15 minutes away and 2 golf courses and a supermarket within a 5-minute drive.
The home has a nice private feel with vacant land surrounding it. We priorities our relationships with our neighbors and we prioritize making sure their "quiet enjoyment" of their home is not interrupted. The neighborhood is great for low traffic, and nice walks or bike rides. This is a quiet neighborhood, and guests will need to be respectful and considerate at all times during their stay!
