This home cannot host more than 8 people over the age 5, 8 all together if children ages 5 & under are included. This applies 24/7.

Living Space:
Open Concept Living Area(Upstairs): Enjoy warm nights by the beautiful stone set gas fireplace, while kicking back on two love seats and a large curved couch (seating for six). A 65” TV with a Sony sound bar and subwoofer ensures movie nights and game days are top-notch. Vaulted ceilings with a fan add an airy feel to this spacious gathering place. Next to the kitchen, the group can enjoy a full-sized pool table while taking in views of the beautifully forested neighborhood. Step out onto the 2nd-floor deck to fire up the Weber gas BBQ for a cookout under the towering pines.

Garage Fun: In the garage, you’ll find a ping pong table, an extra fridge, and a mud sink.

Expansive Gourmet Kitchen: The heart of the home features expansive concrete countertops and knotty cherry cabinets. A large center island includes a professional hood above a 6-burner Dacor range, and a built-in wine/beverage fridge. The kitchen also has double Dacor ovens, a Bosch dishwasher, and a full-sized KitchenAid fridge with water and ice dispenser. There are two sinks for easy meal prep, plus a microwave, toaster, drip coffee maker, and tea kettle.

Dining Area: Gather around the large dining table that comfortably seats ten for family feasts. The kitchen area has bar seating on each side, with 2 chairs on the living room side and 4 on the pool table side.

• Pets: 1-2 dogs allowed w/ pre-approval, additional fee required. No other animals allowed. Bring a crate if you plan to leave a dog unattended. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or in/on beds. Any barking or behavior that bothers neighbors is not allowed. You will be responsible for extra cleaning charges for hair on furniture, pet stains, dog droppings, & any damage caused by dog(s).

About the Area:
This home has excellent access to the best of Tahoe. Lake Baron and the Lakeshore Recreation Area are very close and offer summer fun like swimming, fishing, and BBQs. Numerous hiking, snowshoeing, and mountain bicycling trails are nearby, including Saxon Creek West Loop, a scenic 3.3-mile trail that is great for hiking, biking, and horseback riding, and world-famous Mt. Toad’s Wild Ride, a popular advanced mountain bicycling trail. Minutes away Lake Tahoe’s Pope Beach boasts sandy shores, boating, and picnicking. The home is just minutes away from Tahoe Paradise and Lake Tahoe Golf courses.
