A rustic, private, wheelchair-friendly home tucked into a woodsy neighborhood, backed by a pine-filled lot. Cozy with 3 bedrooms, it comfortably accommodates 6 adults and up to two children under the age of 5. A choice location within a few miles of Echo Summit and Heavenly, with Tahoe Golf Course right down the road. Enjoy family time cooking in the gourmet kitchen or lounging around the fireplace or upstairs game room. Bring the dogs too — this home is pet-friendly.

This home can only host 6 people over the age of 5, and up to 2 children under the age of 5. This applies 24/7.

This home features a fantastic layout for families. Lounge around the wood-burning fireplace in the ground-floor living room and watch a movie on the 55" TV. Run upstairs and play with the plethora of games, books, and more — featuring a miniature foosball game table and poker table!

Cook up a grand meal in the fully stocked gourmet kitchen with soft oak hardwood cabinetry and newly refurbished countertops. A 6-burner gas range, dishwasher, assortment of small appliances (Mr. Coffee, toaster, kettle, blender, air fryer), and a large dining table with seating for 8.

This home does not have air conditioning.

Great South Tahoe Place to Stay

We came in late October to catch the last of the Desolation Wilderness hiking season and this is a great location for that as well as South Tahoe amenities. Very well equipped, fun amenities, quiet, helpful when we needed help.

It’s perfect for my husband and I, our son and my two sisters and my elderly dog. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly and the response from the rental company is top notch. We couldn’t get an appliance to work and had a replacement in a few hours. We will certainly be back next fall. We’ve been coming to the Tahoe area for more than 60 years and rented many places. This rental has been the best by far.

South Tahoe Gem

This was one of the best rental properties we have ever rented at Tahoe. It is exactly as photos show. The furniture & decor are all first class. It is quite obvious that a lot of thought & money went into decorating this home. The kitchen is well supplied. Location is excellent. Very nice quiet neighborhood. We would definitely rent this property again & again.

Awesome cabin

This A frame cabin is just the kind of cabin you would expect in the Tahoe area. Very clean and all the amenities you would want. Quiet area with very friendly neighbors. Within 40 minutes of everything we needed. Our basketball tournaments were all over the greater Tahoe area (including Nevada and we got to each event in no time. Will definately be going back

Perfect for the Family

This space was perfect for our 2 families of 4. We were there in the middle of a snow storm so we had a full day of just being inside and there was so much for the kids to do (ages 4-10), they never got bored. the kitchen was well equipped, plenty of towels and linen available. The only down side is we weren't allowed to utilize the fireplace, it had fake logs and candles inside of it. Overall, it was an amazing stay!

Great Spot

We loved this house. It was very clean and had everything you needed. Short drive to casinos and Sierra at Tahoe. My only complaint is that though it says pet friendly the signs on the door say that pets are not allowed in the bedrooms. I totally understand pets not on beds or furniture, but I found myself sleeping on the couch because my dog didn’t like being alone in the front room on his dog bed.

Cozy, comfortable and well stocked...

We stayed a few days before 4th of July. Myself, Husband, and two teen Boys. We also had our friends and their 9 year old Son for a few days with us. The beds and linens were very comfortable. Lots of extras that we didnt need to use but were there. I've rented many homes and luxury rentals and I have to say this home was very well stocked in the kitchen. It allowed us to cook many meals. We spent most of the day on different parts of the lake before returning in the evening to have dinner together. Overall, we were pleased and the distance to all the shops was a plus.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We very much enjoyed our stay in this home. The home was very clean upon arrival and well stocked with everything we needed. We liked the location and it is just a short drive (less than 10 minutes) to the lake and other activities. We would stay here again for sure. Couple things to note. There is no outside storage/garage. We brought along with us 6 bikes and 2 large paddle boards which we had to move into the house every night. That was pretty inconvenient but we made the best of it. Also we were vacationing in August so the house was quite hot during the day. The upstairs bedroom in the A-Frame is very hot. It did cool down nicely at night for sleeping so we weren't really bothered by the heat. The house was equipped with lots of fans and swamp coolers which was very thoughtful and helpful. Overall this is a good place to stay for a couple of families.

The pet-friendly policy has strict conditions, including no pets in bedrooms or on furniture, and the absence of a fenced yard may pose challenges for pet owners. The limitation on leaving pets alone in the cabin may also inconvenience guests.The parking situation is another consideration. Despite the cabin's capacity for 8 people, only 2 cars are allowed on the premises. While there is space for up to 4 cars on the driveway, guests are advised to park additional vehicles 20 minutes away at the casinos, which can be very inconvenient.Moreover, the constant surveillance through outdoor video cameras may be a concern for privacy-conscious guests. In our experience, it made us uncomfortable, and we even received multiple texts from the rental company regarding rule violations, such as dogs off leash and exceeding the 2-car limit on the driveway.In summary, while the cabin has its merits, potential guests need to carefully consider the pet policies, parking restrictions, and the presence of outdoor surveillance, especially if privacy is a priority.Additionally, it's worth mentioning that a couple of days before our scheduled stay, the rental company offered us a 50% discount if we wished to arrive one day earlier. Unfortunately, we couldn't take advantage of this offer, so we inquired about the possibility of an early check-in instead. Surprisingly, early check-in was not available, which seemed inconsistent given the prior offer to check in a day earlier.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed a week's restful stat in this wonderful home conveniently situated in South Lake Tahoe. The neighborhood was quiet and the location perfect for us. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and everything worked - tv, wi-fi, washer & dryer, heater and all the appliances.
