We went to check in 30 minutes early and were behind this man who was trying to do the same. The staff member harassed the man for trying to check in early even though he had messaged to confirm it was okay. the staff member then began to berate third party booking services. i decided to wait outside by my car until check in time at 4 pm. when i went back in there was a different person who was really helpful and had me checked before 4:10. the bathroom amenities were nice but i have trouble with what happened to that man guessing the probably drove a few hours to get there and was tired and just wanted to unpack.

We enjoyed our stay at the Holiday Inn. The room was pretty spacious for 3 of us. It was amazing that the room has a microwave inside and the hotel offers daily room services (which was rare nowadays) very friendly staff. Definitely will stay there again.
