Lakeland Village Amenities: 2 pools, 2 hot tubs, sauna, fitness center, volleyball court, pier with buoys for your boat (available on a first-come, first-served basis), nearby beach equipment and snow gear rentals, and one of the nicest private beaches in all of Lake Tahoe

On the ground level is the master bedroom, master bath, updated kitchen and main living room with gas fireplace and large HDTV. Access the beach through the sliding glass doors.

The main dining table seats 8, plus room for 4 more at the kitchen bar. Dine outside at the table with with seating for 4 (additional chairs and bench seating all around). There is also a booster seat provided for the little one.

The mid-level has bedrooms 2 and 3, each with a queen bed, and another full bath with walk-in shower and dual sinks. The top-level living area has a queen bed, TV, and full bath.

This home is perfectly situated in the Heart of South Lake Tahoe. The Stateline casino corridor is roughly 3 miles away for concerts and evening entertainment. Popular beaches like Pope Beach are about 3 miles west, Camp Richardson is around 5 miles, and Emerald Bay State Park is approximately 10 to 12 miles away for iconic Tahoe views, hiking, and sightseeing. Grocery stores, coffee shops, and everyday conveniences are all nearby, making it easy to enjoy Tahoe without long drives.

This beautifully updated unit is only available through RnR Vacation Rentals. Renting through RnR allows you to pick your unit and includes access to all amenities including the pools, hot tubs, beach, fitness center, discounted ski and snowboard rental, and free coffee at the lobby.

Parking passes must be displayed in your vehicle while parked on the property and returned to the home at checkout. If a pass is taken from the property, it must be returned or shipped back within 72 hours (tracking required) or a $250 fee will apply.

Get around the city for free with the city’s new “Lake Link” on-demand ride service. Free Heavenly Ski Shuttle - pickup is at the bus stop behind the lodge on HWY 50.
