We manage several nearby homes, so if you’re planning for a larger group, we can help coordinate multiple properties. Once your reservation is confirmed, you’ll receive a rental agreement for signature. The home will be stocked with a starter supply of essentials, including soaps, paper products, and one set of linens and towels. For longer stays, guests may wish to bring or purchase additional supplies and use the in-home laundry.

To ensure a smooth and compliant stay, please review all local rules included in your agreement. Both the City of South Lake Tahoe and El Dorado County actively enforce vacation rental regulations.

Stayed here for 2 nights and almost didn’t want to explore because the house was so nice. Our guests were myself, husband, parents and toddler. Parents both have limited mobility and the unit we stayed in was perfect. Kitchen well supplied, small conveniences like extra trash bags, makeup removing wipes and shower soaps made a huge difference. I would love nothing more then to revisit Tahoe here.

The property was beautiful and the unit was nice. We had very loud neighbors upstairs who had kids running the length of the house with hardwood floors. The can lights in our unit rattled from the stomping. We had immediate response from the onsite team, but the condition never improved. Not a relaxing time being wake. Up from upstairs noise at 7:00 am while on vacation. They until lacked towels. We were each give. 2 towels and a hand clothe for our entire stay. There’s were also not enough pillows.

My family and a friends family stayed at this property the week of July 4th. It was exactly as advertised and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We also had a prime location for the 4th of July parade and firework show on the lake. I would stay here again.

We loved our stay. Very quiet and peaceful with lovely lake view. Great kitchen and BBQ area for family dinners on the patio. Bathrooms could use a refresh, but otherwise 10 out of 10. We will definitely come back again.

Gorgeous Setting

Great house set in the perfect place. Loved that the open living area looked out on the lake. It was a great backdrop to meals and cocktails with friends. Loved the high end appliances - great for cooking. The place was also located well within South Lake Tahoe. Walking distance to everything - even the casinos (when the weather cooperated). My only suggestion to the owners would be to change the mattresses. They were a little worn. Overall great place and will return.

The property was as described, management was very responsive. Only negative is that parking in some of the garages can be difficult if you rent anything larger than a Tahoe/Yukon and there are limited parking spaces outside of the 1 garage/unit.
