Absolutely loved our stay at this location. The view did not disappoint. The property was very clean, well stocked, comfortable beds and very inviting. We would definitely stay here again. Location was awesome, hot tub was relaxing and there was a grocery store right across the street. Parking was a tiny bit of a challenge but the beautiful property and scenery made up for it.

Reviewer Comments: Perfect spot to enjoy Tahoe by the beach, walking distance to everything, luxury furnished 3 bedroom 3 bath, spacious kitchen/dining, and an amazing backyard you wouldn't want to leave, just sit relax and soak it in. Only potential issue to be aware of, especially in high season, is the parking situation if you have 2 cars. Only one car is guaranteed on premise, 2nd car goes into shared area of 5 spots for all units, I believe 16 of them +/-. I still give it a 5 on everything else.

Amazing Property!!

This condo exceeded our expectations! The view is out of this world of stunning Lake Tahoe. The access to the lake steps away from the patio was incredible. Our kids enjoyed jumping in the lake everyday! We cooked dinner in every night in the state of the art kitchen and ate outside to enjoy the beautiful view. The pool was a huge bonus and my kids loved it! The location was prime to everything in South Lake Tahoe and a short drive to Emerald Bay in the other direction. We loved everything about this condo except that we had to leave! Wish we booked for longer! We will absolutely return for winter to ski or again for summer!

Beautiful property in a perfect location.

This property is the perfect size for 4 adults and 2 children. It is beautifully appointed and has everything needed to enjoy yourself. The location was perfect for my needs with the walking path at the entrance, private beach and being near Safeway and Whole Foods. There were a couple minor issues: the living room tv is advertised as being a Smart TV with streaming but I was not able to access any of the streaming services. It seemed as if another remote was needed for that purpose and it was nowhere to be found. There were also supposed to be instructions for the tv but there were none. The lighted mirror in the master bath did not function and I was unable to activate the heated floors. The TV only became and issue when my family came to visit one evening. I have since touched base with management on this and am awaiting enlightenment as to whether I misunderstood. (I will bring my FireStick next time I rent this unit.) The community is gated and the grounds are well maintained. Unfortunately, due to COVID, the pool, spa and gym were unavailable. Parking is very convenient and it's nice to have a garage for one vehicle. I love this place and hope to return in September!

Mixed Experience

Pros Magnificent view, well stocked kitchen, clean property, nice grassy area in the backyard which is great for kids to play, and convenient access to pool/lake Cons There is nearly zero sound proofing. There are a couple of other mention of noisy upstairs neighbors and this is indeed very true. We enquired beforehand and the rental company mentioned the upstairs unit is a short term rental too so we thought maybe the other reviewers just got bad neighbors but no, you hear EVERY single footstep. This becomes especially problematic when your upstairs neighbor decides 3 AM is a good time to pack and head out. Our entire family of 2 adults and 2 small children were basically up all night. Keep in mind we also use white noise for sleep which didn’t help at all. The check in process was easy although finding the location was difficult at night (9PM) because none of the navigation systems show where it is correctly. We tried calling the support number and no one picked up. I wonder what would’ve happened if we had a true emergency during the check in process? I guess during the day it’s not a problem as it’s right at a traffic light with a sign. The beach this property is in front of smells horrible. There is also a warning sign at the gate that states there is harmful algae present in the water, so naturally we could not use it. This was a huge disappointment for us. Overall, despite the magnificent view and lush green backyard, I am not sure I’d come back to this location.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Just spent a fabulous week in South Lake Tahoe. We had a wonderful time at the vacation condo. Everything was great! Only negative is that the property is directly on the busy Main Street of town - can hear the noise from rev’ing car engines, and police/ambulance sirens. But once you look out the back at the lake, all of those noises seem to go away. I have rented several condos around the US and I must say this is the nicest one yet - and it lives up to its description from the website. Thanks for a great vacation location - our family really enjoyed our first trip to Tahoe!

Short drive to many great hiking spots, beaches and grocery stores. On site caretaker of the grounds is very nice and helpful with all your needs.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the second time we have stayed in the condo. It is absolutely beautiful. The finishes are amazing and it is always spotless. The rental company is so accommodating. They even left us a basket with wine and coffee. The condo is completely stocked and the kitchen is a dream. The view of the lake is awesome. We will definitely make this our annual trip. And will always stay here. It’s the best.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: What an amazing place. My husband and I stayed with our two adult children and their significant others. We had such an amazing time. Sitting out on the patio looking out at the lake with my coffee in the mornings was pure bliss. We had amazing weather so we all took advantage of the direct access to lake to go swimming. The property is close to everything! We are already looking at dates to do it again next year.
