Living room features include real wood stove with wood supplied. 65' smart flat screen TV with high speed internet Roku device or smart TV with cable in each bedroom and LR. Flexibility of sleeping arrangements for six persons. Bedroom 1 has a new king, and a single bed, Bedroom 2 has one queen bed and sleep number king bed. Bedroom 3 has a queen bed and office desk. TV's in sleeping areas and living room with high speed cable. Beautiful setting with off street parking. On the Upper Truckee River. Back yard has extra large fenced area for a dogs and kids.
