Great location near skiing. Valet car service is a pain - we had to park up road from the hotel and walk in the ice downhill with our bags to the hotel at night as they were backed up bringing in cars. People drive over the mountains in the winter to the hotel but they won’t let them park in the underground carpark. No proper cups or plates or bowls in kitchenette - just disposable which I guess makes it easier to just throw away rather than wash and recycle. Internal doors are mainly the barn doors with frosted glass so light and noise comes into the bedroom from all angles as they are designed for farms not for proper bedrooms. Bathrooms are the same with the barn doors.

I had asked for some housekeeping items to be replenished since the very next morning that I stayed there and never got them replaced throughout the entirety of the weekend. I was using the same towels from the very first night to shower with even though I was told they would be replaced as well as never getting the trashes picked up during our stay too.

I don’t like the space. There’s no kitchen. You cannot simply call valet for your car, you have to go down. Laundry is free, and hot tub was okay, game room could be fun, location directly activated street from tram at Heavenly but the walk is not easy if conditions are bad or at the end of day. I’d prefer driving across street, just easier. Finally, it’s quiet and clean and if you’re just here to recreate perfect I guess. I prefer full kitchen also love a sauna, which they have.
