The rental company was difficult. It was an uncomfortable transaction as the lady stated it was suspicious that I was renting a condo when I lived in Tahoe. ( I rented it for my daughter as she has a new baby and needed quiet stay. Then she stated everyone who rents in Tahoe has to FaceTime. I stated I had never heard of this and she stated that makes me even more suspicious. I said I will come to your office n person but she did not want that. Ultimately she never faced times me although I was very attentive and communicative on times that would work for me. She never replied to those emails. On the check in information it stated the code to the hot tub was on the fridge. When I spoke to her about this she stated this is a condo and they dont have hot tubs. I stated the only reason I asked is because it was in the check in details. That conversation also went nowhere. As for the condo it worked perfectly for my daughter and her husband and their new baby. Really great condo
