Location: Right on Gulf Boulevard, South Padre Island.

Proximity: Unobstructed view of the beach from this villa, 50 ft from the beach via the Butterfly Garden gazebo trail.

Capacity: Sleeps up to 22 guests across 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.

Permits: STR License No. 2023-2502

Check-In/Out: Check-in after 3 PM; check-out before 10 AM.

Pricing & DiscountsRate Effectiveness: Current pricing is locked through January 6, 2028.

Base Rate: Covers up to 17 guests.

Extra Guests: Groups of 18–22 incur a fee of $10/night per person plus tax.

Pool & Spa RegulationsAmenities: Features a private, unshared heated lap-pool, an attached Jacuzzi and pergola and dining set.

Settings: Pool heater is set to 84°F and the Jacuzzi is set to 100°F all year round.

Weather Clause: During the winter time, the water temperature fluctuates with wind-chill and air temperature.

Safety Shut-Off: Systems automatically shut down if air temperature and wind chill reach the 55°F range to prevent motor burnout.

We had a large group stay during Thanksgiving. We couldn’t have been happier with our stay there. The home was beautiful with plenty of room and the kitchen was the best we have ever had w a rental . It was fully stocked w quality cookware and utensils which was very nice. We made some great memories that will last forever. If you’re looking to book across from the beach, this is it!!!

We found the house to be plenty of room for our entire family and location could not be better. The only thing I would recommend is more towels available for the pool etc

Perfect Vacation Home

The house was perfect for a family vacation. Mattie answered any questions we had and is so professional & nice. Access to the beach was literally across the street and seating on the balcony with the ocean view was perfect. Definitely will stay again!!
