Craft tasty meals in the kitchen, equipped with a double-basin sink and a full suite of helpful appliances. While dinner simmers, fix favorite frozen drinks with the blender at the wet bar. When it's time to eat, convene around the dining table with seating for six. Enjoy breakfast at the kitchen bar, which seats three. - No pets allowed. If there is evidence of pets, a $150 daily fee applies

- The reservation holder must be at the front desk during check-in. The front desk will not permit any other guest in the party to check in without the reservation holder present during the check-in process

Suntide III will be undergoing a building restoration and spalling repair project from November 1, 2026 through April 2, 2027

Active construction will be taking place on both the beachside and bayside of the property, and the outdoor pool will be closed for the entire duration of the project. The heated indoor pool and hot tub will still be accessible during this time
