South Padre Island  Vacation Home Rental 5 star for families
Sleep your family and friends in comfort and style. This has three bedrooms two full baths. 
-Bedroom number one features a beautiful master bedroom with a queen bed and an ensuite bath. 
-Bedroom number two is a large bunk bed with a king bed on the bottom and a queen bed on the top. 
-Bedroom number three features a double/ full size bunk beds twin on top and a twin bed.
It is a short walk to the beach, (half block)! All the amenities you need in a townhouse are included. This professionally decorated home include wonderful features like granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and 10' ceilings. All bedrooms include flat screen TVs, with a large TV in the family room for winding down after a great day at the beach! 

This townhouse boasts a beautiful full size kitchen with seating for 4 at the counter in addition to a dining room. Down the hall is the washer and dryer. There is also beautiful ceramic tile throughout. A gated swimming pool is just outside the back door with both patio and grassy areas. There are also external showers to rinse off chlorine and sand.

With a mid-island location, our townhouse is centrally located to restaurants, nightlife, sports, entertainment and shopping. Everything you would need for a terrific and relaxing vacation in South Padre can be found right here!

Loved the beach and sun at SPI!

The condo was perfect for our size group (9 total with kids) but the 2 smaller bedrooms were even smaller than expected. It was a tight fit! The master suite was fabulous. We were also surprised the pool was more like a narrow lap pool because the photo looked like a regular width pool. Also, we had double checked about a heated pool. This may have been heated in some way but was about same temp as the ocean. No way to request it warmer. But, fortunately, the weather was perfect when we stayed there so we were at the beach much more than the pool. This location has great access to the beach and several other places we could walk, too. We did cook several meals there and had all we needed in the nice kitchen. Nice big table, too. Also appreciated the washer and dryer! If you fly in, please note there are no beach towels provided. All in all, we decided it was a great place for us to stay (with our size group) and we had a perfect sun and sand vacation!
