Beachview #114 is ideal for a beach getaway. This ground floor, newly furnished 2 bedroom/2 bath condo is located just across the street from the beach and walking distance to local restaurants and entertainment. Guests will enjoy the comfortable living and dining area with a modern and fully stocked kitchen. The unit comfortably sleeps six with a master bedroom king size bed and private bathroom, queen size bed in the guest room and a sleeper sofa in the living area. The condo has a pool view with a patio opening up to the lush garden, pool and hot tub area. The pool is heated in the winter and chilled in the summer. Beach towels and 4 beach chairs are provided for your convenience. Convenient parking directly in front of the unit.

Beach to Bay Summer'24

Our return to Beachview! We stayed at Beachview several years ago and decided it was time to return! The unit we stayed in was no longer available, but we were fortunate to be able to stay in unit 114! Bart and Christy are great hosts and were able to provide our family with some amazing summer memories! From the short walk to the beach to the bayside fireworks display viewable from the pool! That was a pleasant surprise and our children were spoiled for sure! My mother came with us and the first floor patio access to pool and outside area was a definite plus! There's so much to do within walking distance! I'd definitely recommend visiting Bart & Christy's beautiful rental! Thanks again!

perfect beach condo

This was a great condo right across the street from the beach. 2 beds 2 bath perfect for family beach vacation. Interior is spacious and updated, with a walkout to the patio, pool and hot tub. Will visit again

Walking distance to beach

The privacy of the condo it was not the greatest the condo is on the first floor and we can’t open the curtains because it was always a lot people around. The inside was very well maintained very clean and everything we need it in the kitchen and for a day at the beach. The beach access was great and a walk to the fair and to the sunset.

Excellent Everything!

This is the second time we have stayed in this unit and we will be back! Clean, beautiful, and comfortable. Great location on the first floor with easy access to the pool. Beach across the street and food and entertainment a short walk away. You can’t beat this place and the host was very responsive with my questions! What’s not to like! Thank you!

Perfect Location & nice condo

My wife and I, along with our 7 & 10 year old boys, had a very enjoyable week at the Beachview condo. the location to the beach was perfect, about 2 minutes to walk there. the property was also in walking distance to the main strip and restaurants. The property was nice and clean and had a very nice outdoor pool and hot tub area.

Very nice place.

We were very happy with our stay. The place is really nice. We had a 4 year old and baby, so maybe a little too nice for us b/c I was worried about some of the decorations. The pool and hot tub were great. Having to cross the street before getting to the beach was a drawback with young kids, but otherwise happy with the location. My one complaint would be the seemingly constant leaf blowing that was going on, the property was well maintained, but almost too much. It was difficult to be outside a lot b/c of it. Overall, we really enjoyed our time and would stay here again.

Excellent location, walking distance to beach. Clean, comfortable condo.

Very happy with our accommodations during our stay on S. Padre Island. Close to the beach and very nice pool area. Felt comfortable and safe in this neighborhood. Something to consider if your party consists of all adults, the second bedroom is a full size bed with bunk bed. Would definitely stay here again.
