Corral Cove Condominiums, DISCOUNTS for Winter Texans and Long term stays

This newly, totaly renovated, luxury first floor condo is conveniently located across the street from South Padre Island Beach and the main strip. Some of the best restaurants such as Daddy’s Seafood, D Pizza Joint, Louie’s Backyard, Pizza Hut, Taquerias, and Subway are just some of the main restaurants that are a short walk away. There are also several shops within walking distance.

This condo has been totally remodeled boasting modern finishes and with 10’ ceilings and crown moldings. The kitchen has quartz counter tops, new cabinets, a bar with seating for three and all new stainless steel appliances with an open concept living/dining/kitchen setup, leaving plenty of space for you to entertain. The kitchen is fully-equipped and ready for every chef's needs. The dining table has seating for five (3 chairs and a bench) and the bar sits an additional three. The living room offers two leather couches with a 70” LED 4K Ultra HD Smart TV. The master bedroom is also equipped with a 70” LED 4K Ultra HD Smart TV, a King size bed, and its own totally renovated private bathroom with new cabinets, quartz counter tops, tiled walk-in shower and walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a 55” smart HDTV with two Queen size beds and a large closet. The condo offers a second full restroom which is accessible from the hallway. All three TV’s have Netflix, Starz, and Hulu. Spectrum Wi-Fi internet is available throughout the unit . The unit offers a full size washer and dryer, a gas grill, beach umbrellas and chairs, boogie boards, floats, and kids sand toys.
In the summer time, from Memorial Day to Labor Day, South Padre Island offers a Firework Show every Friday and Saturday at 9:15 P.M. With the great location of this unit, you can enjoy the firework display from your balcony or alongside the pool while you lay on the patio furniture. The swimming pool is bigger than most and is only shared by three other units.

South Padre Island is the longest barrier reef island on the Gulf of Mexico. The Island offers a free Shuttle Bus to take you around the Island or into the town of Port Isabel. There are also many rental places that offer bicycles, scooters, gulf carts, mopeds, and jeeps. A New indoor and outdoor Schlitterbahn Water Park is also available just a few blocks away.

OTHER AMENITIES:
Large private pool and outside patio furniture available for four units and a privately owned propane BBQ grill for your use only.

This is an owner operated unit. DISCOUNTED prices are offered for WINTER TEXANS and guests staying longer than one week. You must be 25 years or older to rent the unit. Unit does not rent out to Spring Breakers (Families only).

*Due to a VRBO upgrade issue, VRBO currently only collects hotel occupancy tax (6%) for the state of Texas. We have already added the City of South Padre Island-Cameron County 11% hotel occupancy tax of 11% to the daily rate.

We had a fantastic stay at this condo! The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach, which made it super convenient for morning strolls and sunset views. The condo itself was beautifully updated and felt very clean and welcoming. Fresh linens were provided, and everything was nicely maintained. Great location

We had an amazing time for Memorial Day weekend. While we had a mishap that was out of the owners control he was very accommodating. He went out of his way to ensure we had a great time memorial weekend. Robert (the property owner) was very responsive , and such a pleasure to communicate with. We will definitely come back to this place as it is located within walking distance of the beach, several restaurants, and gravity park.

Just right for us

This condo was very convenient for our stay. The beach was an easy 2 minute walk. There were even beach umbrellas, chairs, boogie boards, and toys in the closet for us to use which was nice. There is a shower outside to help wash off all the sand from the beach before going inside. We had everything we needed to cook with and plenty of room. The water in the kitchen sink and showers gets scorching hot, so be careful! The pool is small, but clean and heated, and is only shared with the other 3 units, so we were the only ones ever in it during our stay. Beds are comfortable, 70 inch tvs are great, and it stayed nice and cool inside after hot days at the beach. This condo is also in walking distance to many restaurants and shops. We walked across the street to Daddy's Cajun restaurant for dinner one night and grabbed takeout from the Pizza Hut nearby another night. Our host was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back next time we are in South Padre.

Summer fun!!

The property was just like the pictures. It is very well equipped with anything you might need from kitchen supplies, towels, to beach accessories. Beds are comfortable. Having a gas grill available is a plus. Location is great. Walking distance to restaurants, ice cream/candy store, go carts, mini golf, and arcade. The beach access is nearby so no need to drive anywhere. The pool is a good size. It is shared with 3 other condos. Fortunately, during our stay, we only had one neighbor and they never went to the pool, so we enjoyed it all to ourselves. The only bad thing is that the pool’s floor is a bit rough. Luckily, my kids had water shoes which helped so they didn’t get cut or scratched. Communication with Robert, the owner, was very good. He messaged the day before our stay with a few reminders and to give us codes for door and gate. Also, he was available for any question and would respond within minutes. I totally recommend this place and hopefully stay again if available during our next summer stay.

Outstanding stay

The property we rented was beautiful. The rooms were very spacious and the condo was spotless. The amenities were great and the property owner was extremely nice. It was walking distance to the beach and also stores were nearby. I will definitely visit this property again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a great getaway.

Perfect for Family Fun!

This condo lived up to our expectations for our family Spring Break trip and first time to South Padre! Robert went above and beyond to make sure our stay was great! We absolutely loved the location—being a couple minutes from the beach and also close to the bayside with restaurants, arcade and activities for our teens.

We had a wonderful time at this condo. Great walk to the beach, restaurants, souvenir shops, etc. Comfortable couches and beds. Very clean and had everything we needed for a great stay! There were even some additional beach toys at the property the owner said we could use that made our sand castle building even better. The TV had every channel we could ever want, the fridge was cold, and there was plenty of hot water for showers for the whole family after a full day of fun in the sun. We will definitely stay here again and all our family asked for the information to rent here in the future as well.
