This condo is located in a great area, it's on the second floor. It's within walking distance from many great restaurants including Louie's Back Yard and is on a property that has many great amenities. The condo itself is a quiet and comfortable studio condo with a fully equipped kitchen, a living area with a flat screen television, and bath. The condo is also equipped with wifi and cable. It sleeps two people.The Sand Castle property has two pools, multiple boats slips (available by request) and a lit pier.

Winter monthly rates October 1st through February 28th are $1500 per month.

It would be perfect with new bed and upgrade Wi-Fi. I don’t think tv works we never got it to turn on.

Joe was easy to reach. check in and out was a breeze. He gave suggestions and was very informative. Neighbors were friendly and welcoming. I would stay here again. Highly recommend fishing off the dock early AM.

Clean, comfortable and spacious for an efficiency. The bed is full size but plenty of room for a queen. Most plugs don’t hold whatever you you plug in. That Is an easy fix to replace the electrical outlets. I expect HOA controls but suggest painting exterior doors to freshen up. I would return to this condo.

Amazing stay!

This VRBO was in the perfect location for fireworks and only a 10 min walk to a public access to the beach! The place was clean and our host was super fast to communicate with. All around would stay here again.

Cute, Quite, safe community. Steps away from the water.

The condo was super clean and has easy access to all of SPI. Jose is super accommodating and will go over and above to make sure you have a great experience. I would gladly go out of my way to stay there again.

Great Rental, Will Definitely Use Again

The rental condo was great. Had all the amenities needed and then some (chairs to take to the beach, fishing rods, laundry soaps, etc.) The unit itself was very clean and was as described. Also, the owner of the condo was great. He allowed us to check-in earlier than expected if needed and provided great recommendations for restaurants to try in the area.

Loved our weekend stay. It's hard to find places that will let us bring our dog and this place welcomes fur babies. Wish bed was a king size but other than that, perfect for us.

Great for the price

This condo is perfect for those wanting an affordable stay in South Padre. The owner is extremely kind, helpful and accommodating. The cold AC felt amazing after spending the day on the beach in the heat. The community is quiet and quaint with friendly neighbors. The only negative is that it is on the second floor, so we had to carry all of our fishing gear up the stairs each evening and back down again each morning. Overall, though, we had a great experience.

Great location

Condo was well kepted and cozy. The bed was comfortable and sheets smelled freshly washed. The owner was super helpful and nice. Just be aware that boat ramp is for owners use only. You will need to use a public boat ramp. You can watch the fireworks from Louie's by the dock plenty of benches. This condo is in a great location.
