Cozy Condo Near the Beach

If you’re looking for a cozy and affordable place to spend some great vacations with your family this is it. Our mission with this condo is to give couples and small families an accessible opportunity to spend some incredible vacations in South Padre Island.

Esperanza is a conveniently located condo on the gulf side of the island with just a very few steps away from the beach and walking distance from great restaurants and entertainment places. This condo can perfectly acommodate 4 adults and 2 children. It counts with 1 Bedroom with a Queen bed, 1 Full bathroom, a bunk bed for 2 children located in the hallway and a Queen size sofa bed.

You’ll find a streaming TV, WiFi, and a kitchen equipped with all the basic needs for cooking such as dishes, pans, utensils, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, a blender, etc.

The dining area sits 4 people and we have 2 additional chairs. We offer 1 parking spot per unit.
We provide shower towels, toilet paper, hand soap, dish detergent, and trash bags. We recommend guests to bring your own beach towels and additional supplies you might need for your trip.

For the price I paid I didn’t expect a 5 star stay. However the pictures failed to show the dirty walls and dirty shower, broken blinds, etc. The bottom bunk mattress is very thin and you could feel boards when you laid down. I reached out to the property owner prior to coming and received a quick response with the information to get in. My family and I were booked to stay there from Friday through Sunday. However on Saturday night the unit next to us decided to have a party with very loud music, lots of screaming, and cars blocking the driveway. I tried to reach out to the property manager regarding suggestions on what to do as it was 3 o’clock in the morning and they had been partying since 10pm and we couldn’t get any sleep. I still have yet to hear back from the owner. I would not suggest this place if you are hoping for a nice family vacation unfortunately.
