Our first floor unit is perfect for couples or small families who want a cozy getaway to the beach. We are steps from the sparkling pool and all amenities that includes a basketball court, multiple playgrounds, BBQ pits, gym, game room, office, and more. Very easy access from the gated parking garage. Enjoy the patio view and quick walk to the beach during your stay. Condo is fully equipped with all you need for an enjoyable stay!

It was exactly what we needed!

Very pleasant area with a porch to sit outside to enjoy the lovely weather. The location was perfect for us and allowed us to be a walk away from our event. Wasn't a big fan of paying an extra $35 per person to park on site and extra amenities (whether you use the extra amenities or not---we did not have the time to use them) but overall it was lovely and the property manager was kind and communicative. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Cozy comfy

Super close to the beach, tile floor for easy cleaning, sleeps 4, but maybe one or two on the couch if needed. Full galley kitchen. Quiet place very close to the pool. Felt secure and even left things on the porch each night with no worry. Great area for dogs and very dog friendly, leashes required. Super cute area away from the hustle and bustle, but close enough to seek it out if you want! Lots of restaurants and shops very close by. We will be back!

Loved this condo!
