This beautifully remodeled condo is directly on the beach - walk down the stairs, and 20 paces to put your feet in the sand. You will be lulled to sleep by the the ocean, and gently awakened to the songs of the birds, the sounds of the ocean waves and the light of the sun as it rises over the Gulf of Mexico. Watch the sunrise while lounging in bed - The bedroom and living room each have sliding patio doors which open out onto a 20 foot balcony. The views from this 3rd floor unit are stunning. The kitchen features custom cabinets, granite counter tops, appliances including a dishwasher. The bathroom features granite countertops, custom cabinets and a tiled, walk-in shower. The living room has vaulted ceilings, computer station, flat screen TV with bluetooth speaker, and stunning views of the beach and ocean. The master bedroom has a king size bed, vaulted ceilings, in-room safe, and a flat screen TV. The complex also has 2 heated swimming pools, beautiful landscaping, free WI-FI and cable TV. Coin laundry facilities or use with phone app. Come relax in paradise!
