Very disappointed with the bed. Every time one turns the bed squeaks and makes too many noises. The mattress was horrible because it would sync you in. The towels were horrible because you felt like you were drying yourself up with a scrub brush.

Room was clean, spacious, towels are the oldest I have seen in a hotel, very worn, scratchy, not soft. Door at entrance stuck in alarm system. Mattresses were not too comfortable probably older, not firm. Some of your staff are parking on the handicapped parking instead of in the rear and other guests also without handicap tags, we had to ask one of your receptionist to move her car so we could park

Over all the stay was great. Easy check in, room was looks new, beds were soft. The pool was nice. The bed blankets looked a little used like they had spots that had been bleached. The breaker tripped during out stay and we lost power but staff quickly got it settled. Overall it was great stay.

Receptionist was very nice. We showed up early and he offered to call us when the room was ready, which he did. Had a few perishables from the trip and he allowed us to store them temporarily in the fridge until the room was ready.
