Your perfect beach vacation begins right here in our tropical themed 2 bedroom/2 bath beachfront condo. Our condo is located in the well maintained and popular gated beachfront Sea Vista complex. The Sea Vista complex offers 2 swimming pools and hot tubs, 2 tennis courts, pickleball court, secure on-site parking and direct private access to the beach, just steps from your door. Our beautifully decorated 5th. floor condo has inside elevator access. Once you walk in the door, there is nothing but dunes, beach and the vast blue sea...all for your enjoyment. This open concept includes kitchen and living area as well as the master suite have floor-to-ceiling, wall-to-wall windows with the most breath-taking view of the Gulf of America/Mexico. Imagine waking up after a restful sleep to a magnificent sunrise...there is no better way to start the day. This same view can also be enjoyed while preparing that gourmet meal in the kitchen. Relax on the spacious balcony sipping your favorite beverage and feeling the gulf breezes while watching the ships and shrimp boats come and go or the occasional pod of dolphins play in the surf. The master suite, has a king size bed and an armoire. The en-suite bathroom includes a full tiled walk-in shower and granite countertop vanity as well as a closet for hanging clothes. The second bedroom has 1 queen size bed and 1 twin size bed with a dresser and a closet. This second bedroom has it's own guest bathroom with a full tiled walk-in shower and granite countertop vanity. Both bedrooms have large flat screen smart TVs. All bedrooms and bathrooms are outfitted with luxury linens and towels. There is also a Pack-N-Play with linens for your little one. Paper products, soaps, shampoo and conditioner are provided to get you started. The kitchen, designed for the "cook" has a striking granite countertop. The appliances include a range, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with ice maker and various small appliances. It is stocked with high quality dishes, glassware, pots and pans and a basic supply of herbs and spices. All to enhance your cooking experience. We also provide paper towels and trash bags to get you started. Plus there are some cleaning supplies available.

Free password protected WiFi is provided as well as Spectrum cable. The condo is fully air conditioned and has 2 ceiling fans. The washer and dryer are conveniently located inside the condo. Laundry products are provided to get you started. For your beach time pleasure we provide beach chairs, a beach umbrella, beach towels, boogie boards and beach toys for building that amazing sand castle. As a guest of Sea Vista, you may purchase discounted Beach Park at Isla Blanca (Schlitterbahn) tickets available only through the Sea Vista office during the summer. There are many good restaurants and bars located nearby, many within walking distance. The dolphin-watch boat rides leave from the nearby pier on the west side of Padre Blvd. Relax and enjoy your vacation.
There is a 6% Texas State Tax and an 11% city and county occupancy tax which are included in the quote.

Everything was amazing. The kitchen was well equipped and very clean. The furniture was clean and comfortable as well. Nothing could beat the view, we spent a great deal of time on the balcony. While the chairs on the balcony were comfortable, we would have found a small bistro set, at a minimum, more to our liking or even a small high top table to use with the provided chairs. Would definitely rent again.

This condo exceeded our expectations in every way. It was spotless, well-organized, and thoughtfully stocked. The kitchen was impressive — all appliances were clean and in excellent condition, and the host clearly went above and beyond to provide everything needed for home-cooked meals. The cookware, dishes, and utensils were all high quality, making cooking a pleasure.The view of the Gulf was absolutely fabulous, and the direct beach access made our stay even better. We also enjoyed relaxing at the clean pool and jacuzzi, which were a perfect alternative to the beach.Overall, this was one of the best rentals I’ve ever stayed in. The attention to detail and comfort made it truly exceptional. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to South Padre Island!

We had a wonderful stay!! The condo was perfect and did not lack anything!! So much thought put into this beautiful condo! The location to the beach was perfect and all the beach amenities we were able to use was awesome! Loved sitting on the balcony in the morning watching the sunrise while drinking coffee. Always a good stay at Sea Vista (esp with a Becky and Mark place). The view is beautiful and place well kept. I love how it's on the beach, has a pool, and there are always sand toys, biggie boards and a rolling cart! It was not clear that the master bedroom is OPEN TO THE LIVING ROOM. They have a privacy screen that can partially span the opening and is not completely opaque, but no door. So just an fyi. Also a boogie board was missing its tether which was hard for my 10 year old, but I'm sure the owners would have swapped that out if we had asked.

We had an amazing stay. The location in my opinion is the best place to be on the island. The views from the room are so peaceful. It felt like we had the beach to ourselves. The couch and chairs are so comfy to relax on after a long sunny day. The kitchen had everything we needed. I love the beach as much as my mom does. We will definitely be going again.

Better than advertised! Very clean, very well equipped, awesome view, convenient to the beach, and the Renters Guidelines are specific and easy to follow. Especially TV operation. Should we return to SPI, this would be our choice.

This was our second time staying at this beautiful property and we would definitely come back again! We love the location and being able to easily walk right out to the beach. Being on the 5th floor provides a fantastic view. The condo is spacious and comfortable and had everything we needed. We especially love the closet with beach supplies including a wagon, beach chairs with built in shade covers, sand toys and boogie boards. We can't wait to come back someday!

Great condo with easy beach access. There are showers by the beach access to clean off when coming back to the condo. There is a wagon, sand toys, 2 umbrellas and 4 chairs in the closet by the door to use at the beach. We loved watching the sunset from the balcony. There were night lights in the bathrooms that made life with littles easier.

The only thing I did not care for is there was a Rudy’s drink left in the fridge when I checked in. Other than that the place had a great view and very clean, There were also beach towels which were nice to use and a storage full of fun thing’s for the beach. Both showers were stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash which was very convenient. The instruction book was very helpful and there were two awesome binoculars we got use. Easy access to the beach. I definitely will be going back.

Beach Condo Perfection !!!

Amazing views...steps to the private quiet end of beach. Beautiful sunrise from the balcony!! What more could you want? The condo was immaculate when we arrived. Well appointed with EVERYTHING you would need!! We've stayed in many condo's through the years and this was by far THE BEST!!!!

Amazing Location

This property was extremely clean and well equipped, and the listing information and the photos are accurate. My family had an excellent stay! One thing that is not clearly represented in the photos, is that the master bedroom does not have a door. It is directly off the living space and through a wide opening. The two rooms share the tv that is mounted on a swivel hinge. There is a folding screen for some privacy, but the bedroom is still open to the living space.One other thing that could be improved is the addition of some black-out shades to the windows. The existing vertical blinds don’t block the morning sun or even the light from the hallway from coming into the bedrooms. Overall, this was an excellent condo! It has direct beach access and is well stocked with kitchen supplies and beach toys. I would recommend this condo!

Perfect Stay

The condo was in a great location with beautiful views of the beach and the Gulf sunrise! It was clean, smelled great, and had everything you may need. Communication with the host was fantastic and they were quick to respond to any questions I had. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Great visit to SPI

My wife and I had a great time staying here. The condo was in good condition and well-situated close to dining options. We really appreciated direct access to the beach and the use of the beach gear supplied with the condo. The beach was never crowded despite visiting during Spring Break for Texas universities.
