Ground Floor 2BR 2BA, Pet Friendly & Steps from the Beach!

Come ready to relax and be at home in this downstairs unit at the Waves, an eight-condo complex with charming porches and a tropically landscaped pool area. Beach access with public shower and bath is a short walk across Gulf Blvd. After your day at the beach, return to the comfort of two bedrooms and two baths with nine-foot ceilings and tile throughout. The well-stocked, fully equipped kitchen has modern granite counters and stainless steel appliances and is set up for your first cup of morning coffee.

Sleeps six with a king sized bed in the master, queen bed in the second bedroom, and queen fold out couch in the living room. The master features a large walk in closet and private shower; second bath with full-sized tub is in the hallway.

This rental is well maintained and offers a clean, modern aesthetic. WiFi, Cable, and washer/dryer are provided. Large TV in living area and smaller TV in master. A sparkling shared pool is the perfect way to end the day. Two barbecue grills in the pool area available first come, first serve.

Two reserved tandem parking spaces!

Feel free to bring your dog and be prepared to relax while you set your watch to “beach time.”

The door to the condo was so beautiful I knew before opening it what was on the other side would be beautiful. The kitchen was gorgeous, the bedrooms were big and comfy. Everything was clean and basic necessities were provided. I plan on returning.

This home is cozy, nice and well equipped for whatever you need. Close walk to the beach and great food at Padre Island Brewing Company. Owners allowed our two dogs to stay and that was much appreciated. Beds were comfortable. Would love to stay again in the future!

Extremely spacious. Enjoyed how the property had beach chairs and canopy. Clean and nice size kitchen to cook . Labels helped make it easier to find things . Parking was big enough for our vehicles. Pool has an outside bbq pit , we brought our own but one less thing to pack . It had a washer & dryer those come in handy . Rooms were nice sized and comfortable.

The condo was clean, a 2 min walk and you are on the beach! Just about everything you would need for the beach or pool area is provided. We chose this one because it is pet friendly and we wanted to bring our fur babies. It was a great experience. I highly recommend this place!

Neighborhood was good, easy to find, easy check-in. Walking distance from the beach access. The place had all the basics you needed, furniture was outdated and rickety. Replacing the bedding and living room furniture and kitchen table could have made it a nicer and more comfortable stay. Pest control needed. Overall this place meets the basic needs for a stay.
