Worst experience 😪

During our recent stay at Hilton Garden Inn, my mother-in-law was seriously injured while sitting on the beach patio. An outdoor umbrella that had not been properly secured was lifted by the wind, flipped, and struck her in the upper body, injuring her head, neck, hand, and shoulder. This was a terrifying experience and a clear case of hotel negligence. We immediately reported the issue, but were extremely disappointed by the lack of proper safety precautions and follow-up. I’m sharing this so others are aware of potential hazards at this property. We expected a safe, relaxing stay — instead, we left with injuries and trauma.
