Drawbacks on the property was not able to see the beach from the room, along with the ugliness and noise from the buildings below us. Not pleasant to sit on the balcony and hear A/C units blaring. Check in takes way too long. We were 3rd in line and waited 20 minutes

Great location, comfy beds, grounds well kept. Stay every year in cabana rooms. Not fancy but comfortable. Love front patio of cabana room on bottom floor(no elevators). Employees always nice!

The wouldn't give my daughter a glass of ice water from the tap this is unacceptable and terrible customer service The outside bartender girl is extremely rude and there is no excuse for not giving a little kid a glass of tap water

The first room did not have any shampoo/conditioner in the dispensers. The second room after having an issue with the belligerent guest next door, had ants. Manager told us the room would be comped but it wasn’t.

Check in was not pleasant with a fast-talking, impersonal clerk. We could not check in until 2 hours after published time. There was a $55 resort fee tacked on above the amount shown on Expedia. We stayed in a motel attached to the Hotel main building. Entertainment was a weak one-man effort with a guitar. The pool was very nice and the saving feature for this trip. The room was average, with a stained carpet, good A/C, and a cockroach in the bathroom.

Our experience was not so good. The neighbors partied until they fell asleep around 1:00 am in the morning. For the price I paid the room was ok. It’s an old place . They are cute beach cabanas. Bring air freshener. Please do not pay over $150 for this place. It does have a great pool, bars inside and outside. The beach experience was great. . I will definitely will not return due to the noise. The securuty was no help nor the front desk.

Everything you need in one place if you dont want to explore. Food. Gym. Laundry. Nightclub. Pool and beach access. Gift shop. Coffee shop. Bar open til 4am. Even a sun glasses shop if you forgot yours. The rooms are clean and maintained daily. Great place to stay and relax on your vacation.

Was excited to stay at this property because someone recommended it. I felt the hotel is very dated and lots of moldy, musty area around the property. Our room had pretty linens but the room was moldy smelling. The vents were also very dirty. Didn’t realize all rooms are pet friendly so they smell. Maybe they should use something for pet or for between clients. Also, 80’s vibe with music if you love that.
