Newly built in 2019, 5703B Gulf Blvd is a modern beach house that will add luxury to your tropical getaway and elevate your South Padre Island experience! Boasting 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, the spacious 3- story townhouse can accommodate up to 24 guests and is located directly across from the beach.

Two guest bedrooms await on the ground level. The first bedroom features two Twin beds and two Twin trundle beds, perfect for kids or friends traveling together, and includes a private bathroom. The second bedroom offers two Queen beds and also has its own private bathroom. The main living area is located on the second level and encompasses a large open concept living room surrounding a 75” Samsung TV, dining area, and kitchen. The kitchen provides ample space for large families or groups of friends around a massive center island with bar seating for 6 people. Stainless steel appliances are provided including a refrigerator with ice-maker and a dishwasher. The living room features a large flat screen tv surrounded by an oversized sectional sofa couch. Sit back and watch movies or sports with the whole group!

Also on the second floor is a guest bedroom featuring a King bed, private bathroom, and a flat-screen TV, offering comfort and privacy for one or two guests. The third floor houses the luxurious Master Suite along with two additional guest bedrooms. The master bedroom features a King bed, a 65” flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom with an oversized soaking tub, shower, and spacious vanity area, perfect for rest and relaxation.
The other two bedrooms each include two Queen beds, providing plenty of space for family or friends.

Not what I expected

I will start with the positive! Location, location, location! That was the best thing. Their after everything was not what I expected. The property was dirty the second floor master bedroom has a carpet and is extremely disgusting. It had HUGE stains and tons of pet hair. I had to call for maintenance to come and they just brought me a vacuum and basically left me to do the job. The grill was missing pieces to light up so we had to call maintenance to come and take care of it. In addition the grill is poorly maintained. I called the people from the property to come and clean the pool and of course they gave me the run around and told me another company does the maintenance and they were going to check if they were available. All in all they came but did not vacuum the sand out of the pool so what’s the point. The property is currently being sold so hopefully the next owner or next rental company maintains it better. It’s worth staying but NOT under this management.

Family vacation

We had a group of 14 staying , it worked great. Plenty of space. We were having problems with the tv & they had someone come over right away to help. We liked how close to the beach were & having our own pool. Great to have a washer & dryer.

Hi hey I just want to let a review on what our experience was. CLEANLINESS OF PROPERTY could have been much better I think y’all need someone that does a better job on cleaning the kitchen especially could need a deeeeeeeep clean. The location was perfect. The manager was friendly and helpful.

I really enjoyed this house and location. It was perfect for my family. The only downside we had was that the door locks did not work on any of the exterior doors except the front door (the back door and 3 balcony doors would not lock). This made me a little nervous about leaving my things inside, but my biggest worry was having a 3 year old and no way to lock the back door to the pool. Now she was never out of our site, but I would have felt better with knowing she couldn't get out there without one of us. The home is beautiful and spacious. We really loved it.

Awesome house!

This is house was awesome! There was room and space for the adults and all the kids. The location is great being right across from the beach! Waking up to the ocean and sitting on the balcony was so relaxing! The heated pool was great for the colder ocean days, and the extra toys and cooler was awesome! If I came back I would definitely stay here again. A short drive to resturants, stores, and activities! If I had any negatives it would be the trash was full when we got there, and they did ask for myself to take the trash to the road. I didnt mind but felt that wasn't my responsibility. Also, 2 of my kiddos got cuts on there feet from some bricks around the pool area that was up higher and uneven. Otherwise, it was a great vacation rental and truly enjoyed are time there!

Modern, New and Great Location

Great access to the beach (right across the street) and on the second busiest street on Padre so great people watching from the balconies. The house is well stocked (plenty of towels, paper towels, trash bags). Every room has a bathroom which is great too. Great place for multiple couples. Highly recommend!

Awesome, one of the best properties I have been too.

Enjoyed every bit of the stay, SPI rental customer service is was amazing. During the stay we had internet issues, propane tank for Grill was empty, cooking vessels were missing, but everything was taken care by SPI rental promptly. Five star for there customer service. Property was amazing, kept very clean. just steps away from beach.

Great way to spend a week

Overall it was a great experience. There where some shortfalls. When 1st checked in, they could only find 1 key to the house and the outside garbage can was overfull. Called the office and Evelyn answered. She found additional keys and a garage door opener for us and got the garbage can dumped. When we need the garbage can dumped during the day nothing seemed to happen but when we got Evelyn later that evening she did make things happen. Speaking of the garbage can, it was so dirty inside that I spent time cleaning it out and then used 33 gal.. garbage bags to help keep it clean when we dumped our trash. There is a step up in the garage before you enter the house. It needs to be painted yellow with a watch your step warning. My wife (66 years old) tripped over it and scrapped her left knee and hand. She is not a spry as she used to be. Also, there is an issue with the fasteners used to attach the hand rails on the stairs. More than one of us had blood drawn from it because of the sharp corners that you don't see as you you use the handrails coming down the stairs. These minor issues did not detract from the great experience that my family had while we where there.

Great beach house

This is a great beach house. It’s in great shape, well maintained, lots of space, with balcony views of the ocean. We had 19 people, both adults and kids, and there was plenty of room. The beaches were clean, water was warm, people were friendly. Overall a great beach location.

Great Property

Great place to stay. This property is spacious and directly across from the beach. The only downfall was the steep stairs. Kitchen and living area are on the second floor so it was quite a task hauling coolers and heavy items up stairs. The view however was wonderful.
