New Listing! Beachside gem, newly remodeled & redecorated

Breathtaking views of sun, surf and sand! This non-smoking 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo located on the 3rd floor was beautifully renovated in 2019. All modern appliances/features and updated, luxurious furnishings make your stay comfortable and help you feel pampered. Wake to an amazing sunrise over the gulf every morning from your private balcony. The soothing sound of ocean waves lull you to sleep at night and beckon you to the beach during the day. The Tiki Condominium complex has 2 large pools that are heated during the winter and are surrounded by lush landscaping. The Tiki Condominium complex has no elevators, and only has three floors (Each flight has 14 steps).

Safety to our guests:
*The Tiki Condominium complex has outdoor camera's throughout the complex to insure our registered guests, with rental agreements, are safe and secure.
*Each of our condos have exterior camera's actively recording the entry and exit doors, which record video and audio, for your safety. If you have any questions, please contact the owner.

The owners also have three other condos at the Tiki condominium complex that have surf and beach views, unit 130 (listing # 4085924); unit 220 (listing # 4436961); unit 226 (listing # 3938030). This property is registered with the City of South Padre Island STR Permit # 2023-0776.

Rental was very clean and had great direct access to the beach. The grounds were very nice and even the amenities were great. The owners were very responsive and helpful with checking in and instructions. The Patio was nice and had a nice side vantage view of the beach.

Condo lived up to expectations. Great view of the beach as the balcony sits just to the side of the beachfront view. Furniture and bed were comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked. We had concerns with the hotel being right next door, but we ended up ordering drinks and food from their beach bar so it worked out perfectly! We enjoyed our stay and will be back for sure.

Loved the condo! Right next to both the beach and the pool, last condo on the complex closest to the beach, so great view from the balcony of both the beach and the weekend fireworks! Had all the amenities we needed, great decor, property owners were very attentive and responsive. Highly recommend and would definitely stay there again!

A perfect spot with a beautiful view we loved how clean it was compared to many other placed we have stayed at. The next door hotel has a bar and party on the weekend with great music! The beach was steps away and perfect for our little to have morning walks right on the beach.

Nice place on the beach!

The property was nicely located on the north end of South Padre Island. There are a few hotel bars/beach bars right next door with reasonably priced drinks and delicious food. The other residents of the condominium were very polite and pleasant to be around.

It was and absolutely wonderful. I have been staying at this location in the same condo for several years and have stayed in the other units the owner has and every unit is incredible and awesome. I can't wait to be back again next year. Its my home away from home.

The property was located right next to Clayton's and it was so loud. They had music playing until 11:30pm and people were playing music right on the beach too. The last couple nights it did quiet down but those first few nights were horrible. The condo was very clean and Bill was very on top of things when contacted so that was appreciated

Perfect little getaway

The condo was well stocked and really clean, I have stayed in many condos and this was probably one of the cleanest. The beach access was like a 2 min walk. The check in person was friendly. The property was clean and quaint. We went for Thanksgiving and it was a very quiet property. Would definitely stay again.
