Split into 3 independent and seperate levels. Big families rent all 3 and congregate on the 2nd Floor deck for BBQ and relaxing but still have their own space, bedrooms and kitchens when required.
Rent any combination of these 3 condos to suit your needs and group size
The first floor is 2BR/2 bath, (Homeaway listing #4275967)great for a small family with a couple of kids. (Sleeps 4-6) Small beachside deck with picnic table and BBQ (under the 2nd Floor deck). Limited ocean view due to 2nd Floor deck and sand dunes. Step out the back door directly onto the beach. This condo has a one car garage, another car can be parked in front of garage door on the north side of house.
The 2nd Floor is 3BR/2 bath (Homeaway listing # 4275968)with a large deck and gazebo with steps down to the beach. (Sleeps 8) Good views from outside undercover eating area with table and chairs. Also great beach views from one bedroom, kitchen and living area. Parking for 2 cars in front of house.
The 3rd Floor is 3Br/2 bath (Homeaway listing # 4275969) with a small balcony overlooking the beach. (Sleeps 8) This has the biggest and highest views from one bedroom, the kitchen and living room. No BBQ with this condo due to city codes on overhanging balconies. Parking for 2 cars, piggyback style, in front of South side garage.
All levels are totally separate and private with all amenities. Full kitchen, coffee maker, microwave, blender etc. Washer/dryer on each floor with all linens and towels provided.
1st Floor: King bed in open living room. BR1: 1 full. BR2: 1 queen with trundle.
2nd Floor: BR1: 1 king. BR2: 1 queen and 1 queen sleeper. BR3: 2 twins
3rd Floor: BR1: 1 king. BR2: 1 king. BR3 1 double. Living room: 1 queen sleeper.

Professionally managed outside security cameras. Front entrance, parking lot, beachside access.
For security purposes only, there are 4 video cameras on the property. One is a camera that shows the first floor front entrance. Another is at the front wall of the west side of property and shows parking spaces, another is from the 5th floor showing the parking space. Another is on the third floor showing the beach access area.

We rented this lovely home for us and our family to stay at for our wedding weekend. It was absolutely perfect! Lots of room for everyone to spread out but also lots of areas to gather and hang out as a family. Wayne was amazing, super helpful and communicative. He made sure we had everything we needed. The views from the home are stunning! We rented all three levels, as we came as a large, multigenerational family! Each floor had everything we needed even though we mostly congregated on the second floor due to the patio there! All in all great property!

Another fantastic stay at this beach house!

This was our second stay at this beautiful house on the beach in South Padre. The home is beautifully maintained with a perfect spot on the beach. Kitchens are fully stocked, beds are comfortable, everything was extremely clean. Couldn’t ask for more! We wouldn’t even consider booking a different house for our next trip. It’s extremely spacious and well laid out for large groups. The owner is extremely nice & welcoming, too. Great place!

We had a large family group ages 9 months to 72 yrs. This property was perfect for all. Easy access to the beach made it easy to come and go. The porch and gazebo allowed everyone to enjoy the beach even from a distance.

Overall this property is great for a large family to all stay together beach front. However it needs some updating on the first and second floors and a total reno on the third floor... The carpets were horrible. The AC vents were rusted out. Electrical outlets were hanging out of the walls. If you plan to stay here and use all 3 floors, don't put kids on the third floor.

Having three separate but close units was excellent. Room for everyone!

Everyone loved that the house is right on the beach. Indoor and outdoor room for everyone with lots of decks and deck furniture. Having completely stocked kitchens on every level really helped! Lots of bathrooms, too! Older teens enjoyed the lower level for "hanging out." Owner provided lots of beach items for younger children, and older. Comfy for older adults (and all) to access beach easily. Best view on the island from the surprise fourth and fifth levels. Great photos in every direction! A hot tub on the 2nd floor deck would be an awesome addition.

Great place to stay for large group

The house worked out perfectly for our large party. We rented all three units and had more than enough room for our big group. The house is in a great location and the beach access is perfect. It was great to be able to stay somewhere all together but be able to split off in to our separate units for bedtime, etc. the ow er was very nice. We will definitely try to book this house again if we go back to South Padre.

Our second Labor Day weekend at the Texas Beach House. We rented all three floors as we’re a large group. There was plenty of room for all us. Great location right on the beach with an awesome large balcony to end the day. The views are fantastic and the house is amazing. We had a great weekend and everyone had a great time! 4 Families - Tons of Space

We had four families with kids ranging from 3 to 13. There was plenty of space, as we booked all three condos. Please note, the only access to each level is going on the outside. These are completely separate condos. The second floor had plenty of space for all 19 of us to pile in for meals. There is easy and direct access to the beach. The place was clean and supplied with plenty of towels and kitchen pots and pans. We had a wonderful get away! Thank you!

Second Annual Family Vacation

We love this set up of 3 different levels independent with kitchen and many bedrooms for our annual family beach retreat. This property is clean, functioning and owner is available for any questions or issues. The location is great and love being on the beach. I can’t say enough wonderful things. The only thing you need to make sure and bring is beach towels. They have towels for bathing and have a washer and dryer on the main level. Also, they do have a few chairs and beach stuff, but we bring our own beach chairs and a tent. Kitchen has pots and dishes, but we bring paper plates and bowls and utensils for all the children and convenience. Rooms are great size and air conditioning with ceiling fans in most rooms keep things comfortable. Definitely a favorite and a repeat. Perfect for large family get togethers.

We had family from 3 states come in for our wedding 05/25/19 and this home was perfect for our group. The private beach access was great. The property is perfectly located with walking distance of anything we needed. I'll definitely be renting with Wayne again in the future.

Wayne is an amazing HomeAway host! Tyler and I hosted our wedding on SPI and had our entire bridal party stay at the house!!! It was perfect. So much room and close to everything. If you ever need anything Wayne is one phone call away. If you’re staying with a large group it’s a great spot to rent all 3 floors!! They have done an amazing job on this 3 floor home!!

Perfect for what we need

Three separate condos in a single building, so each of three families had its private space plus plenty of room for gathering. Right on the beach. It could use a little updating but the layout, the location, and the service was perfect. If you have a big group, like we did for Christmas week, this is ideal.
