The Space:
Enjoy an exclusive beachfront retreat from our wonderful and spacious condo, ideal for large family vacations and packed with resort amenities! You’ll be on the third floor of Solare Tower with everything you’d need for a rejuvenating and fun vacation.

As you enter, you’ll be greeted by a stylish open-plan layout for the whole family to enjoy. There’s a fully equipped kitchen with everything needed to prepare a meal at home, from stainless steel appliances to extras like a coffee maker, blender, toasters, and dishwasher! The dining table comfortably seats 8 for enjoying meals together, and there are five plush bar stools at the breakfast bar for extra seating, a quick snack or coffee.

Enjoy downtime moments after a fun day at the beach and pool in the living room, which has plenty of comfy sofa seating facing the large flatscreen Smart TV with cable—great for movie nights! The living room has direct access through the glass doors to the private balcony with lounge seating and an outdoor dining table if you prefer to eat al fresco overlooking the pool!

When it’s time to rest for the night, there are four bedrooms, all with their own private bathroom and TVs! Bedroom 1 has a king-size bed and direct access to the balcony. Bedrooms 2 and 3 both have two queen beds in each, and Bedroom 4 has two single/twin beds. You can comfortably sleep 12 in the condo!

Additional highlights include WiFi for streaming TV services or working on your laptop, a washer and dryer and ironing equipment, linens, towels, beach towels, shampoo, hairdryers, and 2 car parking spaces onsite.

The beach and ocean are only seconds away. Get ready to splash in the sea or the two large pools onsite, each with a hot tub! Solare Towers inside Bahia Mar has so much to offer for everyone in your group!

The Neighborhood:
South Padre Island offers the perfect blend of relaxation and excitement. You're just steps away from the beach for sunbathing, swimming, and water sports, and local gems like Blackbeard's for seafood or shopping at Padre Island Plaza. Enjoy island activities like bird and sea turtle watching, beach four-wheeling, horseback riding, and exploring the Laguna Madre Nature Trail.

Getting Around:
The nearest international airport is Brownsville/South Padre Island International Airport (BRO), which is about 27 miles away. You’ll have parking onsite at the complex. Walking around the island is fun, too!

Other Things to Note:
Please review this information before booking to ensure a pleasant stay. If you have questions, don’t hesitate to contact us.

- The property is on the 3rd floor. There is an elevator, but in the unlikely event the fire alarms sound, you’ll be required to walk down the stairs.
- Travelers must be at least 21 years old to book, and someone 21 years of age or older must be present during the entire stay.
- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
- Guests will be required to provide a valid I.D. (with photo and signature) and to sign the registration form upon arrival and check-in.
- All guests will be provided wristbands that they must wear for the duration of the stay.
- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed, and no guests who are not already listed on the reservation are permitted.
- The rental includes electricity (internet, air conditioning, etc.), use of the common area swimming pool, and two parking permits. An additional temporary parking permit may be purchased on-site for an additional fee. Boats and trailers are allowed on the property for an extra fee, but no RVs or motor homes will be allowed.
- BBQ grills are available in the designated “Palenque” area and are perfect for an outdoor meal with family or friends. The two-burner grill is $40, and the four-burner grill is $50.
- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 fine. PLEASE DO NOT TAMPER WITH THE SMOKE ALARM. There is an $800 charge for tampering with it.
- No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. Please respect the neighbors.
- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it.
- There are outdoor security cameras for safety and security.
- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.
- Pets are not allowed at this property.
- Our properties are family-oriented, and good behavior is expected from our guests. This includes respect for the Resort/HOA rules and the pool and common area rules and hours. Failure to comply with these policies is grounds for eviction from the property and a fine.

Interaction with Guests:
Once at the complex's entrance, give your name to Security. They will provide you with the keys, wristbands and parking passes. You’ll be required to wear your wristbands during the entire stay.
