I never met the host. The house was really nice and clean. Highly recommended. The only downfall was not being able to communicate with anyone if we had a quick question hot tub in the pool were awesome. Location was great. David

Beautiful & Comfortable Paradise - Some Unexpected Hiccups

I really wanted to give this property 5 stars. It was beautiful, comfortable and had an abundance of space for my partner, 3 kids and myself. We typically rent a hotel when going to SPI for a few days but wanted to do something extra special since our youngest graduated from high school. The kitchen was great to cook, dinning and living seating spacious. The back patio was a paradise between the table seating and grill. Two reasons why I couldn’t give this property five stars. 1.) One big factor for us spending more money on the property was the advantage of having a private pool. It was beautiful but for some odd reason the water was hot during our entire trip. I understand why it may be hot during the day but it was the same hot all through the night and before sunrise. We reached out to the property owner and were informed it was not a heated pool and that they were waiting on a “part”. So that makes me believe it was broken and the owner was aware of it but did not disclose it in the property listing. 2.) The Roku in all three bedrooms did not work. We have Rokus at home so are familiar with how they work and how to troubleshoot we couldn’t figure it out and came to the conclusion all batteries were dead. We asked the property owner to drop off 6 batteries and only 2 were dropped off. The owner said there must have been miscommunication and asked us to call to arrange a drop off but we were on a tight schedule to take advantage of the 3 day/3night stay.

Great location to the beach

This was a great location for great access to the beach. Beds were comfortable, the walk to the beach was 2-3 min and we liked the house was updated. It was also very spacious. Cons : microwave did not work, gas grill didn’t work and jacuzzi didn’t work as well as pool lights.
