WELCOME TO SAIDA TOWERS
Welcome to Saida Towers, South Padre Island's premier beachfront social resort. It has 3 pools, 3 hot tubs, a kiddie pool, an outdoor drink and snack bar, tennis courts, a shuffleboard court, and direct beach access. All this is wrapped in tropical grounds bordered by award-winning restored dunes and white-sand beaches. Seasonally, there are on-site rentals for tennis and shuffleboard equipment and chair and umbrella rentals on the sand. Saida Towers is within walking distance of shopping centers, restaurants, and activities. Saida Towers has everything you look for in a beachfront resort rental.

-We strictly enforce guest capacity.
-This rental is family-friendly and non-smoking.
-Professionally laundered and sanitized linens may be exchanged for free on the east side of our off-site Guest Welcome Center from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
-Laundry detergent and sofa sleeper linens are available upon request at our off-site Guest Welcome Center.

RESORT FEES
All reservations with stay dates from March 4th to April 4th require a one-time per-person Resort Fee of $33.
The Resort Fee is required for all guests from 10 years of age to 32.
Guests aged 9 and under are exempt.
Guests aged 33 and older are exempt.
Please notify us of the number of guests in your group for whom the resort fee will apply.
The resort fee will be applied to the reservation and paid with the final payment 30 days before arrival.
The Resort Fee does not apply to any other time of the year.

The City of South Padre Island Rental License Number is 2023-0499.

Room was clean, but had an ant issue. Had to end up throwing away a few items (cereal, chips, etc.) so make sure your food is closed up tight (hard to do with a 10 year old).The balcony was great, the place was spacious. The bedrooms were pretty warm at night. We finally realized we had to sleep with our primary bedroom door open and it helped quite a bit, but the first 3 nights we were sweaty in there. The fans are all set to the winter direction, so you get no airflow there, and the remote wont let you change it and there is no switch on the drive motor, so you're stuck with the reverse flow fan. The pool was great, the ocean was close, and ultimately we had a great stay.I would stay again, just bring some gallon ziplocks and a couple box fans.The kitchen was good, but we had to do some crafty work to get the dishwasher to work. (Unplug the garbage disposal, plug in the dish washer to that plug, then turn on the switch) but there was a fuse blown when we got there on the dishwasher, but it didnt help immediately, but as we were leaving, I put it all back and the dishwasher worked in its native plug. So, if it's not working, there are a few options. Oh, and we went on a chartered fishing trip and there isn't a big skillet to cook with. So, bring a big skillet if you like to fish. But everything else was there! That was a huge plus!

Not fun

Not as described/pictured. Everything in the unit was covered in heavy sticky dust. Light fixtures, baseboards
There was water damage on ceiling and there was a hole in the bathroom wall. Even the couch felt sticky and unclean. I did call and report the issues. They suggested maintenance but i wasn’t looking for hole to get fixed. I only spent time in the condo to sleep or on balcony. This unit should be taken off the market.

Very clean & comfortable condo in a quiet, gated complex very close to the beach (private, gated entrance to/from dunes). Exactly what our family of 4 was looking for. Description is spot on. Lots of natural light. We would definitely stay in this exact condo again!

Winning in South Padre

Great condo, perfect location. There was one small issue that was addressed immediately. Only thing to keep in mind, it only sleeps four unless you put someone on the couch. It wasn’t an issue for us but wanted to throw that out there. Overall, we were very happy with the condo and had a blast in SPI!

Escaping the cold

We greatly enjoyed our first trip to South Padre Island and our accommodations at Saida. Great location on the island, nice amenities with the multiple pools and tennis courts and a clean and comfortable unit. Would stay here again!

On the beach, great views!

This is a great property. It is located right on the beach wtih private coded entrance. Has 3 pools and one is heated. It is right off of the bridge when you cross over to South Padre Island with a few restaurants and shops right outside the property. The property is gated with a guard. This unit is very spacious, the rooms are great, the views off the balcony are fantastic. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was a huge plus when traveling with kids and trying to pack light. It was super clean with a super comfortable couch. You overlook the beach and the two pools, so it is a great location. We would stay here again!
