Welcome to Seabreeze Serenity, our island home! Ideally located a half block from the beach and walking distance to restaurants, shops, and golf cart and other rentals. Both the interior and exterior of this home have been carefully thought out for your vacation! Huge pool and hot tub, patio and pool furniture, and a hammock in the backyard. Plenty of beds, comfortable furniture, new central A/C, and games (pool table, air hockey/ping pong/dining table) inside.

Fully equipped kitchen with electric stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and everything needed to prepare a holiday feast! A large breakfast bar separates it and the great room, making the space perfect for gathering and entertaining.



The dining table with seating for 10-12 (with extra chairs from game room and table leaf extension) is perfect for large families and friend groups over a home-cooked meal.

Bedroom 1: upper level, master bedroom, king bed, twin day bed with a twin trundle, huge private balcony with private sitting area, private bathroom, air conditioning 

Bedroom 2: main / entry / middle level, twin over a twin bunk bed and a queen bed, air conditioning

Bedroom 3: main / entry / middle level, king bed, direct access into a shared full bath, air conditioning

Bedroom 4: lower level, full over full bunk bed with a twin trundle, and a twin over twin bunk bed, air conditioning

Bathroom 1 (full bath): 3rd floor in master bedroom, large bath tub and shower combination

You'll have access to the entire home during your stay, including the spacious living areas, fully equipped kitchen, and dining space. Step outside to the large wrap-around deck with peak ocean views, relax on the patio furniture, or take a dip in the pool and hot tub. The backyard also features a BBQ grill and a hammock for your enjoyment. Parking is available for up to 4 vehicles.

What I love about this neighborhood is the unbeatable location. You are situated just half a block from the pristine sandy shores of South Padre Island, making beach days effortless. Beyond the sand and surf, you are within easy walking distance of a variety of local restaurants, charming cafes, and unique shops. Whether you are looking for a quick bite or a relaxing afternoon of browsing, everything you need for a perfect coastal getaway is right at your fingertips.



Getting Around:

Our home is perfectly situated for your family to enjoy everything South Padre Island has to offer with ease. You can take a short walk to the beach, family friendly restaurants, cafes, and local shops in just a few minutes. If you want to explore further, you can rent a golf cart nearby for a fun family outing. We provide free parking on site for up to four vehicles, and a free charger for your EV. Please note that street parking is not permitted, and the most convenient way to reach us is by driving from the major regional airports.
