This beautiful 2 bedrooms 2 bath condo is located on the 5th floor, giving you a beautiful view looking out over the beach, perfect for creating memories you all will be talking about for years to come.
Located right on the beach with an amazing view of the Gulf of Mexico from your private balcony at Seagull 502 offers the perfect relaxing condo for your family. The access out to the beach is one of the best beach access points on all South Padre. The beach access has a great wood bridge to make your access even easier over the sand.

Building Features:
Elegant, quiet, exclusive are all words our guests have used to describe this tranquil five-story beachfront hideaway. The swimming pool is tucked into the sheltered courtyard, and the Jacuzzi sits on the beach side with an uninterrupted view. The 2 bedroom is approximately 1100 square feet. Fully equipped kitchen.
Amenities: Heated swimming pool, hot tub, cable TV, elevator, security code entry, and one assigned parking. Only gas and electric grilling is allowed on the property; charcoal is not permitted.

POLICIES & INFO
Resort Fees: At certain times of the year, rentals may charge a one-time, per-guest Resort Fee to facilitate guest access. For more information, consult the Property Description or contact the reservation agent.

Refundable Damage Deposit: Rentals may require a Refundable Damage Deposit from March through Easter weekend. The Rental Company will collect this deposit by cash or credit card at check-in. If paying by credit card, the Primary Renter must present a credit card that matches their name upon check-in. For more information, consult the Property Description or contact the reservation agent.

Age Restrictions: The minimum age requirement for renters is 25. As per Homeowner Association Rules & Regulations, THIS CONDO DOES NOT ALLOW YOUNG ADULT/SPRING BREAK GROUPS.

- This rental is family-friendly and non-smoking.
- The number of guests must not exceed the stated maximum occupancy.
- Parties are strictly prohibited.
- Please keep noise levels to a minimum to respect other guests and property owners.
- Professionally laundered and sanitized linens may be exchanged for free on the east side of our off-site Guest Welcome Center from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
- Laundry detergent and sofa sleeper linens are available upon request at our off-site Guest Welcome Center.
- This vacation home does not allow pets.

Excellent location on Gulf Blvd. on a fifth floor perch that lent itself to lots of ocean viewing and waves watching. The condo was as advertised and did not disappoint. Good place for a week's stay in comfort.

Great condo

The condo its self is great although it was warm at night. We have stayed in several condos on this property. The property was dirty. The main gate needs some work. It has some missing parts. The pool had sand in it the whole time we were there. Seems like the renters really don't care much about the rules. There was a person going there to clean it, but by the end of the day there was sand in it again.

We were very happy with our condo. Very clean & homey. Excellent view on 5th floor. Centrally located. Comfy bed & deck furniture. Didn’t care for location of pool but not a big deal. Hot tub not working well the 2 times we used it. We would stay again as we travel to South Padre 1-2 times a year!!

Beautiful unit!

2nd time here and look forward to coming back! The unit was exceptional. Beautifully decorated. Amazing views - and when I say amazing I mean amazing! Quiet Safe neighborhood. Comfortable beds. Great water pressure in the showers. Relaxing family room. Fully equipped kitchen. As perfect as the unit was, I have a few complaints with the condo managers. The pool wasn’t heated ( the sign said it would be starting on November 15th but it wasn’t) the hot tub door was in a locked and open position one day, and there was a giant cockroach in the kitchen- but understand they live in that warm southern climate. There was also a surprised unannounced balcony inspection and while the guy with all the keys said he worked for the building he couldn’t produce a business card or ID to verify who he worked for.

It was wonderful place. Every clean. Everything we needed. Only down fall was, at 11:00 the door locks and you can't get back in. I was finishing loading my truck went back to get my phone , purse and get my trash, the door was locked. SPI rentals was very hopefully, but I guess check out 11:00 means just that.

Great condo. Great view of beach. Condo was nicely updated. We liked how each light switch was marked with what it did. Both baths have only showers. It was fine for us but if you have only small kids not having a tub might be an issue. Light over kitchen table has an annoying hum. Easy fix. Don’t go to this location for the pool. Not well maintained. The appeal here is access to the beach and centrally located in town. Read the checkin and checkout instructions and you won’t have any issues. Keyless entry took getting use to but it was ok. We would stay here again.
