Nice condo. Great area. Temps were in the 40s, windy, and rainy, which changes the whole beach front concept, but we had a nice time. Lots of good restaurants with music. We'll be back again, hopefully to warm and sunshine!

Lovely condo

Condo was exactly as described. Great communication from the management company, and after hours check-in using a lockbox. Lovely unit inside with lots of amenities (toaster, coffee maker, towels, starter supplies). Comfy beds, beautiful view. Great pool area. During our stay, through no fault of anyone, a leak developed in the second bathroom and when extensive repairs were needed, Franke management moved us to a different unit to finish out the second half of our vacation. They went above and beyond to make our vacation nice. I would definitely rent a property managed by them in the future. Thank you for a great stay.

Just what we were looking for!

This property was exactly what we were looking for on our trip to South Padre and exceeded our expectations. It was in a great location with a exceptional balcony that had an amazing direct view of the cost (better then expressed in the photos). The condo was very nice, clean, and well represented by the photos. The grounds, walkways, and pools were clean and very well maintained by the HOA staff. I would say if you are someone looking for a property with an ultra modern feel, the best decor, no blemishes what so ever this is not the property for you. However, if you are looking for a very nice place to stay with great views and access to the beach, really nice pools, at an affordable price I would highly recommend this property.

Amazing beachfront view!

Words cannot express how satisfied we were with this condo. It’s so beautiful and spacious with the most amazing view of the ocean! Not to mention the pool and hot tub which we enjoyed at night! We will would stay here again with no hesitation!

Great place to stay!

This condo, for the most part, was great! The beach area was easy to get to, parking was fine, the security guards were nice, the pools were clean, and the condo had all the necessities. I would have given this 4.5 stars for a couple of reasons. At first, there was confusion on the booking. We were initially told we would have to pick a different property, but after some emails, the extremely nice property team contacted me and we worked it out. In addition, the water in the condo was pretty gross for the first couple of days. We weren't prepared for the "rotten egg" smell. After doing some research online, and talking to a local resident, we found out this can be a problem in South Padre in the warmer months because of Hydrogen Sulfide (H2S) naturally occurring in the system. It appears this can build up even more within a hot water heater that has not been used in a while. We did not contact the property management team as we figured there wasn't much they could do. So, bring some bottled water and all is well. Outside of those things, everything was great! We'll be back for sure.
