Guest will be ASSIGNED ONE parking spot for a personal ( commercial vehicles, RVs, boats will not be allowed) vehicle with your VRBO reservation to park your vehicle on the property. You will need to share the license plate of your vehicle you will be arriving in once you book so we can inform our HOA to allow that vehicle to be parked during the length of your booked stay. Vehicles left in parking outside the booked time windows will be subject to towing enforcement. ***

BEFORE BOOKING, READ THIS IMPORTANT NOTE: We can safely accommodate MAX 2 adults + 2 Kids. Your party can have a Maximum of 2 Adults (adults are individuals older than 18 years of age) and a Maximum of 2 Kids (kids are individuals less than 18 years of age) during the entire length of the stay. This condition is listed in our rental agreement that you agree to when you book with us. If your party has more than 2 Adults, please do not book with us as it will be considered a breach of agreement.

Our one bed one bath condo is clean, elegant, spacious & tastefully furnished. Condo has a fully stocked kitchen with full-size appliances, living room with sofa bed, high-speed internet & cable TV, a relaxing bedroom with very comfortable memory foam mattress. The complex is updated and well-kept.

The living room and bedroom each have access to the spacious bathroom, ideal for small group of 4. The kitchen opens to the living room for an open concept and easy conversation. The kitchen is equipped with all the cooking essentials for those who wish to enjoy meals at home.

Our stay was very nice. I appreciated Sonia’s communications with me and her making an effort to accommodate us when we desire to make a change, although we did not.The only reason I didn’t get five star is due to the wear and tear dislike of the bathtub and tile.

Cozy little spot

The house was cozy and clean. Had access to a lot of stuff within walking distance. The host was extremely friendly and helpful from beginning to end with the booking process. My wife and I would definitely book this place again. Matter of fact we’re already talking about next vacation there next year.

Truly enjoyed our stay, only issue we had was the A/C was not working, but with the help of Susan and her husband we were able to find the issue (batteries) and it was fixed almost immediately.

Clean and close to beaches

Everything was clean but apon arrival it was pretty warm and 87 inside. Took along time for the air-conditioning to cool the apartment. Make sure you take ALL toiletries because they provide none. Take extra toilet paper we only had one roll for 2 people and a weeks stay. We loved the location.

Ok place at the beach

The place was well located. It was in need of some updates but for the price to was fine. Had 2 issues with the place. First the cleaning staff forgot to come back and make the beds and distribute the towels. Second toilet did not flush right. Both issues were addressed quickly by the house keeping manager.

Family Beach trip

We decided to start the summer off at South Padre and stayed here and we were not disappointed. The condo is only a stroll from the beach reastraunts, bars and entertainment. It took no effort in finding something to do besides walking out the front door. Thanks again for the easy and fun stay.

Great proximity to everything but especially beach access

Small but comfortable space with everything we needed except some comfy outdoor chairs and an area to sit out for coffee. The bar behind us was far too close and loud but at least they shut down the live music at 10. We had lots of trouble with the code lock. Needs updating. We loved the area, the weather, beach walks and laid back feel of the island.

Amazing property

This is a well kept very comfortable condo literally 2 minutes walk to the beach. There is a full kitchen with all the necessary utensils, dishes, glasses, pots and pans needed for a full stay. We were within walking distance of several restaurants and bars, as well as the market.

Overall- we would stay here again

The property itself is kinda older appearance wise. There was plenty of parking and the communication from the host was perfect! Super easy to get to the beach and then to go to the main Padre strip for food/shopping. The noise in the area is a bit much if you’re traveling with kids because the bars etc all play live music until they close. The inside was fairly clean- no bugs or anything. Furniture could use with some updating but everything was functional. I think what impressed me the most was the security with the entry way being multi locking and the communication of the host. I was concerned about what may have happened to the property after seeing stories of the recent storms. The owner directly emailed me along with giving me the property site managers info so I could get those updates directly. They were informative and quick in their responses. The price was fair for what we got and we would stay there again in the future.
