This South Padre Island rental property was designed to accommodate a large number of people with total comfort!

The living room, dining area, kitchen and two guest bedrooms are located on the 1st floor.
The first guest bedroom entails a queen-size bed and two twin bunk beds.

How was awesome for 12 adults.

Love the 6 bedrooms all with private baths except the 2 rooms down stairs. The kitchen is well stocked for all your needs. The only issue we're small maintenance things tiles missing from hottub and the sliding door being difficult. Also there were three mops but no broom or vacuum.It sounds like they will be addressing these so should no longer be a concern

Large, Clean House near Beach

We had a great time at this property! The private pool and the balconies were such a cute touch. The decor is fun and beachy, and the house was very clean - perfect place to relax and get some sunshine! It was very close to the beach, but a little far from any entertainment districts. I would definitely plan to have a car or at least a golf cart if you want to explore the island.

Awesome layout

The house itself was set up exactly as stated. Great areas to have you whole family comfortably. The pool itself had to be cleaned. I contacted the property manager and they got the company to vacuum the pool the first night. However the pool remained cloudy which made me uncomfortable to use it. My kids had fun using it, but I would recommend making it look as clear as the pic shows on the Vrbo listing. Thank you, other than that it was a beautiful place.

Great family place!!

Thoroughly enjoyed our time at this property—small walk to beach and close to shopping etc. SPI rentals was very quick to respond to any issue or concern like when we broke a jar of salsa and needed vacuum to make sure all glass was gone. We got a little rebate on rental cost since the pool heater didn’t work all week and that water was cold!!! But SPI made that process quick and easy.

The house was perfectly fine, very spacious, it includes what you need in the kitchen , plates cups, forks, spoons, knifes, pans , coffee maker, etc etc
 the rooms have their own bathroom, the balcony’s are nice , the only thing that was missing was the gas tank, we had to buy it, & the swimming pool was a lil bit warm , but other than that everything was perfectly fine ! Totally recommend this house for a big family of 18 guest

Great home, needs a little TLC

The layout of this house was great! Plenty of space for everyone. However, there were several maintenance issues that I had to call in. Maintenance had to come over 4 different times. I would recommend the owners purchase a new dishwasher. It never cleaned our dishes and for the amount we paid for this rental, it should have a working dishwasher. There were also zero extras-as in don't expect to find any salt & pepper or coffee filters. The unit is wiped out clean. Overall, our group had a great time being on the island and would likely stay here again. But set your expectations a little low.

Fantastic outdoor and indoor space!

Our first time in South Padre and we will rent again from SPI properties. The house was spacious and clean. Any one off’s were handled quickly and professionally. Walking distance from the beach, food, and shopping.

Great location, house was clean rooms big w nice kitchen; plenty of seating. it was a little loud inside from the echoing off the ceramic floor. Never heard neighbors. Only recommendation would be mats at sliding doors on inside - it would get slightly wet from pool area. Would stay again.

Disappointed in rental agency

The stay was great! The house was beautiful. There was a room upstairs back left hand side back door that did not open up to the back balcony. The front balcony railing was a little loose. Everything else was perfect. I did forget a caddy in the restroom. As soon as I remembered I called the rental agency and asked if I can go pick it up but agency refused. They said that I would have to wait till cleaning crew went by to clean up and check and take it to office. I had to head back home out of town but I told them that my son was staying a few days in Harlingen so he would go pick it up for me and gentleman I spoke to said it was fine. So he did go very next day to pick it up. Person that handed it to him said "does your mom work for a famous person" which my son was kind of puzzled and said no. Anyway. He finally got it home to me and a lot of things were missing. I had a Kyle Jenner foam facial was that I had just gotten (worth $25), 4 pairs of magnetic eyelashes i had also just bought (worth $35 each) perfume (worth$45), make-up eraser reusable cloth (worth $20), and my dove spray deodorant ($6). I am just so disappointed with the company and the type of people they hire. Beware and don't forget your stuff cause you might not see it again. I hope the owner of this home finds another company to represent them of they will lose business.

Private Pool Terrific for Kids

Although we missed having a view of the ocean, the pool outside the main floor sliding doors more than made up for it. The kids (big AND little ones) probably spent more time there than at the beach. The home, though appearing to be "squeezed" between the end units, was spacious, especially the four king suites on the second floor. The dining table comfortably handled our family of 9; there was plenty of seating in the living area; there was even enough room for 2-3 people to be working in the kitchen at one. The bunk room was great, though only one of our kids was old enough to be downstairs without parents, especially so close to the front entrance. The queen bedroom on the main level location was a great room for us grandparents, but not with the bunk bed - an odd sleeping combination. Our only issues were the smoke alarm going off at 2 a.m. our first night there (batteries were apparently overdue to be changed which the management office quickly arranged the next day) and the sliding glass door which requires a strong arm to pull it tightly enough into place to lock (not my arm!) In general, the management company SPI Rentals was great - courteous and prompt to respond to our requests for assistance and excellent at communicating before, during and after our stay.

Absolutely stunning!

From the time we checked in with Mary and Marina, we were so impressed with how personable and fun they were. They gave us so much info that we felt we had been there already. Awesome. Then when we walked into the house, I got tears eyed at how beautiful everything was. The details in the decor were amazing. When the rest of the family got there, they were in love and at home!! The heated pool was huge hit with all, and the hot tub was used every night! Stunning grounds and when we called SPI for something, Kathryn and Stephanie were right on top of it. So impressed with the immediate attention. Thank you all so much for an amazing memory making time. We will be back!
