Bougainvillea Beach House

Located on desirable Gulf Boulevard, this breezy Key West style beach house offers wide views of the beach from the private balcony. A porch swing and rocking chairs make it the perfect place to relax after beach time.  Beach access is directly across the street.

This beach house consists of two upstairs vacation units, each with a private balcony.

Inside, the house is richly finished with marble floors, granite counters, and plush, upscale furnishings.  A television is in every bedroom, as well as the den.  The kitchen is fully equipped.  The unit is equipped with a washer and dryer.  All linens are provided.

Conveniently located in the center of South Padre Island, it is walking distance to outdoor entertainment (great for teens), restaurants, and even the island grocery store.  Across the street is the shuttle stop for the FREE  Island shuttle (another teen favorite).

Four guests can sleep comfortably as shown.  Well-behaved pets are accepted. We are dog lovers!

Provided are beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach towels, sand toys, boogie boards, and more. Downstairs is an outdoor shower to rinse sand after beach time.

Want to fish? Our guests receive a discount on private bay fishing in the Laguna Madre.

Great Place with lots of thoughtful extras you might not find any where's else. Very convenient to the beach, provided umbrella, chairs, beach towels, etc. If security is issue their are cameras on the outside. Convenient also almost anyplace you want to visit on the island or the Causeway to the mainland. Hostess has provided suggestions to the best places to eat, be entertained or just sight seeing. Would definitely recommend this VRBO.

Host was very friendly. Place was clean and amenities provided by host for a beach day was very convenient. Beach is across the street and there is a free bus stop to get around island right in front of place. Outside seating area was perfect to enjoy the weather. Place was walking distance to restaurants and bars. Really enjoyed our stay.

Loved our stay here, the location is fantastic and it's just a short walk to the beach, restaurants and grocery store. We were able to bring our dogs which made it perfect. The linens were wonderful, the toiletries first class and I truly could not think of a single thing I needed. Having access to beach necessities (umbrella's, wagon, chairs) was an added benefit to our stay. I would definitely come back and stay here again. Thank you to our wonderful hosts!

Perfect location to the beach as owners provides beach chairs, boards and towels. Enjoyed relaxing on deck at night, pet friendly and walking distance to many attractions. Great experience! The location is phenomenal and right across the street from the beach! The house has literally everything - the kitchen is great, the house is spacious with everything you need and very quiet. Other than your clothes, you don’t need to bring anything!!
