The room was dirty upon Arrival, the water pressure was non Existent, there was no hot water available. Staff was unfriendly. The hotel and Travelocity refused to refund the stay due to not being able to communicate with each other. Very unprofessional. Im still disputing the charges but as of now they have given me nothing but headaches.

I do wish they listed on expedia that it is $110 deposit and not $10 “on property” like expedia stated. Didn’t use the pool, but overall a good experience.

Rooms are definitely worn down but I went with my son to fish and we really did enjoy the location on the bay, and price. . They are dog friendly, 2 under 50lbs. It was $25 for 1 but she made a good deal including upgrade by the water. We caught a few smaller fish. Front desk gal was very nice.

The floors and bedding were super sticky. The shower wouldn’t drain. The AC and TV were both messed up. The bedding had pee stains. And 2 cockroaches were roaming around when we got there. Never again!

Staff was very polite. The room was good size master bedroom and then 2nd room two full size bunk beds. My complaint is sliding door to balcony was broken so could not secure it. Minor damages to room that could be easily fixed. Blow dryer on switch broken, window blinds in 2nd room torn and front door needs a door sweep n maybe an added door lock.
