The rooms are comfortable. Our room was clean. The only thing is the mini fridge IS mini. So if you plan on bringing some groceries i suggest you take a look first, we ended up using our beach ice chests to keep fruit and stuff cold. There is no coffee pot in the room, but they have coffee in the office and the PARKING is tight, very tight! Pool area is actually small and there are no restrooms. Overall it was OK. Would stay here for an overnight stay but not again for multiple nights. The staff was very friendly!

Like many budget hotels in S Padre mold can be an issue. No bugs, was clean but caulking in bathroom was somewhat nasty in my 1st room. Was moved to a new room and was better. Maid service was great, staff helped any time I had a concern. Parking is tight on big weekends. Hot tub needed cleaning ( started doing that after the big weekend) pool was ok. ( kids don’t care)

Property pictures are photoshop! PROPERTY DOES NOT LOOK LIKE PICTURES!! Sink was clogged, air vents full of dirt and lent, one vent hanging from ceiling, shower was filty. We left a day before our reservation ended!

Moldy restrooms, beds had curvature holes in them, not comfortable at all, room smelled, NO HOT water in showers. Dog poop all over sidewalks by doors. Key cards wouldn't work. Hotel attendant had to give us her master key while we stayed there in order to get in and out of our room. Marina view was nice, but that was about the only thing nice about it. Save your $$$ and stay else where. Stairs look to be hazardous, doesn't look safe whatsoever. Sorry 😢

Love to go here just to fish, not a huge fan of staying the weekend because the people get a little too crazy and the parking is TIGHT, so you’ve got to hope the people know how to park. Lowkey wish they charged more to keep some people out, just saying.

Front Desk ladies were HORRIBLE. Charge for every little thing. If you get a condo you still have to pay for EXTRA parking and yet have NO PARKING SPACES. There’s No free breakfast… there’s no hot water… Just simply don’t book here. The rooms do not look like the pictures on the website lmao.

We didn't end up staying because the property was asking for $75 more to stay. We paid for the room online but was still being charge additional fees. I booked the room based on the amount that appears online thinking that was the total.

Upon arriving I was told there would be a $200.00 cash security deposit, which is understandable due to it being sorinbreak. This place charged $20.00 / person to use the swimming pool, when I advised them that we wouldn't be using the pool, we were told the fee still had to be paid. I was then told that there was a $25.00 parking fee to park in their own parking lot, or we had the option to park out in the few spaces provided off the street. The rooms were extremely outdated, the bathroom celing tiles in rm 114 were peeling, the tissue dispenser had rust all over it, the towels felt like you were drying yourself with sandpaper and were extremely old. The worst thing we were subjected to were the super noisy, and outdated mattresses. They even went as far as covering the "free continental breakfast" on their sign. We go to SPI 2 to 3 times a yr. But this place by far, is the worst place my family and I have ever stayed in. You have been warned.

Not a great stay but great location

It is in a very beautiful spot where you just walk to see the water but hotel is not great tiny rusty fridge the bathroom had rust everywhere and mineral build up shower still had hair the towel bar was coming out the wall. Tons of fees I didn’t know about when booking like guest fees for ppl to just come on property and you as a guest staying also 25 dollar fee for a bracelet to get back on property. 35 dollars to park your car this was not mentioned when I checked out very ridiculous taxations which I think is illegal with out posting anything when you check out online or as you check out in the office I paid 110 in extra fees on top of my hotel stay and a 200 cash deposit no other form just cash so had to go to atm on top of the fees and pay more fees to get cash. I had no wash clothes and hot tub don’t work and both pool and hot tub pretty cloudy dirty chairs to sit on by pool. The tv remote didn’t work w the tv for 2 nights we watched our phones because nobody came to fix it only thing good about it was the location and clean sheets.
