We were very happy with this hotel. Good price. Clean. Nice breakfast - eggs, sausage, waffles - original or red velvet, fruit, toast or English muffin, cereal, coffee and juice. Courteous staff. Comfortable bed. Nice size tv.

Everything was very clean, which I appreciated. The property seemed pretty old. There was a hole in the shower wall that was covered with tape. The smoke alarm in the bedroom was covered with a plastic bag-- I'm assuming to prevent false alarms from shower humidity in the bathroom, but it did make me wonder how safe that was and if it met fire code.

My reason for giving property condition gets a four because of our shower in room 112. The pressure was very weak with now way to make it better. If I could give customer service six stars, I would. The front desk was amazing.

The room was very unsafe. The door was broken and didn't lock. I tried to cancel but was charged through expedia. I have video proof of the unsafe room. I didn't stay. I want a refund.

Nice hardwood flooring in room. Crisp bedding and soft towels. Decent breakfast offerings. We had a room on the main floor. Could hear a lot of noice from room above us because of the flooring. Second level should be carpeting for quietness.

Decent stay, great for the price and location of where I was visiting. It's not a luxury stay but knowing that it overalls is fine. Would like to see the breakfast bar up to where it needs to be. I would say that is my biggest complaint, not everything they could have available was not available. But overall a good stay. Especially given the price of the hotel.
